L'appartamento stato progettato e ristrutturato nel 2024 in modo sobrio ed elegante, in modo che lo sfondo dell'isola della Maddalena e dell'Isola di Spargi potesse parlare da solo. Una fusione di legni nautici, tonalità mielate e pietra lattiginosa, sullo sfondo abbagliante della natura. Per la magica vista dal gigantesco divano o per la splendida piscina condominiale, tornerai anno dopo anno.
