Waterfront vacation rentals in La Maddalena

Great, one of the most clean Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed in, in Europe, over the 6 different years I have visited! Peaceful location, beautiful local beach and quiet town.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen spektakulären Blick auf den Berg, wo sich der Abend gut ausklingen lässt. Roberto ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Er hat uns sogar einen Babystuhl für unsere 7 Monate alte Tochter organisiert! Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und die Nachbarschaft sehr gut. Vor der Tür gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze, sogar für unseren Camper! Ein sehr gut sortierter Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

Wir waren schon das zweite Mal in der Wohnung und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Blick ist fantastisch und auf der Terrasse zu sitzen ist Erholung pur. Die Betten sind gut und die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die Anlage ist schön gepflegt. Im April haben die Einrichtungen und der Pool in der Anlage noch geschlossen und es ist sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Superbe vu sur le port, idéalement placé en plein centre historique. Rien à redire sur la qualité et la propreté de ce logement.

Una casa meravigliosa, un posto incantevole, un 🐶 cane (Sam ) che ti fa innamorare appena entri, persone amichevoli, lo consiglio ad occhi chiusi, ci rivedremo presto nel vostro magnifico appartamento, grazie di cuore.♥️

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

The little balcony is probably the best view in Bonafacio. Worth it just for that, but a lovely apartment. A lot of fun staying there.

Die Altstadt (Haut Ville) von Bonifacio mit der sensationellen Lage auf den Felsen ist einmalig, ein Mikrokosmos im Süden von Korsika. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist der Ort perfekt. Die Wohnung ist "mittendrin" in der Altstadt, mit dem Leben der Gassen und Restaurants vor der Tür. Das Haus hat eine steile Treppe, wie alle Häuser in der Altstadt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in der Nähe, auch für Lebensmittel. Dringend zu empfehlen ist der Parkausweis, bei dem Isabelle und geholfen hat. Ein wenig laufen muss man und in die engen Straßen kommt man nur mit einem kleinen Auto zu bestimmten Zeiten. Isabelle und ihr Mann betreiben auch ein Restaurant direkt um die Ecke, das wir empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Atemberaubend! Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr gepflegten Ferienhausanlage. Es ist ein italienisch traditionell rustikales Ferienhaus. Wenn man es betritt, fühlt man sich wie bei einer italienischen Großfamilie, obwohl natürlich keine dort ist. Es ist gemütlich und einladend. Wenn sich die Eingangstür öffnet, hast du sofort einen atemberaubenden Ausblick auf eine türkisfarbene Bucht. Wir wurden freundlich von einer Verwalterin begrüßt und eingewiesen. Die Kommunikation mit Valeria selbst war überaus freundlich und engagiert. Man hat deutlich gespürt, dass sie sich sehr für das Wohl ihrer Gäste interessiert. Die Umgebung mit ihren vielen Buchten und der Insel La Maddalena war wunderschön und auch das Gebirge war nicht weit, so dass wir nicht nur baden konnten, sondern auch wandern waren. Wir bekamen von Valeria viele Tipps für gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Was soll ich viel schreiben - es war toll und wir kommen wieder!

Das Haus war ein Paradies für uns! Nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zum perfekten Sandstrand, ein toller Garten mit Meerblick (eingezäunt, super mit kleinen Kindern), volle Ausstattung und ruhige Lage. Alessio war jederzeit zu erreichen und hat uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben. Wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher nochmal wieder! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Super schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Küche war gut ausgestattet. Parkplatz in der Nähe. Ruhige Umgebung, bis auf eine Disco in weiter Entfernung. Supermarkt mit dem Auto in 10 Min. erreichbar. Schöne Strände in 3 Min. mit dem Auto. Unterkunft ideal für 2 Personen.

Wir hatten zwei wunderbare Wochen in Giulios Apartment – sechs Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind – und haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Pool, die charmante kleine Außenküche und die warme Außendusche – ein echtes Highlight, das den Umstand, dass es “nur” ein großes Bad mit Dusche und ein separates WC gibt, absolut wettgemacht hat. Die Kommunikation mit Giulio war jederzeit hervorragend – er war super hilfsbereit, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit vielen großartigen Tipps zur Umgebung versorgt. Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief reibungslos und entspannt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank, Giulio, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den schönen Aufenthalt!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

Die Unterkunft ist toll für einen Aufenthalt im Nord-Osten der Insel. Man kann von dort aus viele schöne Strände mit dem Auto erreichen, man kann aber auch zu Fuß zu den drei Stränden von Palau selbst gehen oder mal eben rüber fahren nach La Maddalena! Die Unterkunft selbst ist super schön, wie auf den Bildern und vor allem ruhig und entspannt. Leider war bei uns das Geschirr nicht richtig sauber, das lag aber nicht an Caterina, sondern unseren Vormietern! Ansonsten war es super sauber und alles in bester Ordnung. Die Parksituation ist nicht so einfach. Mit Glück kann man vor dem Haus parken, wenn das nicht klappt, kann man das Auto aber „oben“ im Ort, also weit weg von der Fähre ganz gut parken. Es gibt insbesondere beim Spar einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, den man zu Fuß echt gut erreichen kann. Von daher kann man mögliche Parkprobleme auch immer ganz gut lösen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft eine große Empfehlung!

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

I give a 5 stars rate because of the location and amazing view you have from the terrace. Porto Taverna beach is a really nice sandy beach, with cristal clear water, not crowded, and with Tavolara island right in front. We had some minor issues with the appartment and Fabio was there in 15 minutes to solve them. Wi-fi was regular, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. The beds weren't very confortable and there were some broken utilites that neede replacement. But overall it is a nice apparment, with a dishwasher and washer machine, also beach towells, wich was very convenient.

Séjour agréable à Palau. Le logement est de qualité propre et moderne...( Un tout petit peu humide en octobre). Une place de parking est disponible devant. Proximité avec la ville et les départs de bateau. Tomasina est très gentille et attentionnée. Il y a le nécessaire sur place et même un peu plus et également des petits présent. L appartement est calme. C était un bon séjour.

The place is lovely. Just a few meters from a nice beach. There are nice restaurants in the area. The flat is in the basement, it does not get a lot of light in the bedrooms or the bathroom. In my opinion this in only a problem if you are there when the wether is not good and you plan to stay in the apartment for a day or more.

Sehr schöne Terrasse mit bequemen Couch-Möbeln und mit Blick nach Korsika. Tolle Restaurants in Santa Teresa Gallura.

Frederica foi muito simpática e prestável durante a estadia. O espaço era muito agradável e contava com todas as condições necessárias. Acrescentaria apenas um pouco mais de loiça para o caso de ser necessário fazer refeições.

Wir haben die ganze Woche in die Wohnung gelebt, die Wohnung entspricht genau das was auf dem Bildern zu sehen ist. Die Küche war super sauber und hat alles, was man braucht, um sich selbst zu versorgen, wenn man das möchte. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und ist nur ca: 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Olbia Innenstadt. Es bietet Supermöglichkeit für ein Parkplatz vor der Tür. Ebenfalls könnte man von der Wohnung wunderbar die Umgebung von Olbia besuchen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat eine privaten Atmosphäre. Gianluca war immer freundlich und antwortete unsere Frage schnell.

Un super appartement parfaitement placé pour profiter d'Olbia et ses environs. Très propre, bien équipé et avec une grande terrasse agréable. Stefano est très réactif et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour bien arriver. En + , le parking est vraiment pratique. on recommande cette location!
