We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfectly-suited for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a Senseo coffee maker, hot water pot, mini-fridge, and microwave, but no hot plate. Central heating, outdoor lighting and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.

Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

The studio has independent access, our guests have the possibility to have an inflatable paddle for walks along the Ardèche free of charge (do not hesitate to ask) as well as coffee. Ideal for your hiking or swimming and fishing trips, many sites to discover in the vicinity (Mt Mézenc, Gerbier de Jonc, Lake Devesset, Les Estables...) and visit (wind school, jewelry house). Shops nearby (10 min) and good tips for motorcycle rides and fishing trips. Park available for horses.

Water mill

You'll love this getaway in a magical and original place with river views and a private beach. The mill was renovated with poetry to promote an atmosphere of peace and sweetness. Perfect for experiencing a moment suspended in the cradles of nature's waves. This mill is also located right next to the greenway, the Dolce Via, perfect for wild walks or bike rides. The place is close to a small supermarket and markets in the area.

Head in the clouds and feet in the water

Former agricultural building, this 75 m2 house has been completely renovated after 3 years of work (end of work July 2021) This renovation was done with great care, for a premium service. In each of the rooms the view is striking, charming or even aerial… It is a real little eagle's nest that dominates the village… but with your feet in the water… The Roanne River and its natural pools are a 5-minute walk away.
