We are located 4 km from the village of SEDERON, at an altitude of 1000 m, in the birthplace of the Hautes Baronnies en Drôme Provençale. Chalet of 20 m2 , living room, bathroom, dry toilets, walk-in shower. Mezzanine bedroom accessible by mill ladder Wooden terrace with garden furniture. Garden access. Hiking trails from the house. Paragliding schools 10 minutes away . Very close to Montbrun les bain ( ranked the most beautiful village in France), thermal baths , 20 minutes from the Méouge gorges, Toulourenc gorges. Ballades à Buis les Baronnies..... Paradise for cyclists, Mont Ventoux awaits you.... Provencal market on Sunday morning, heated pool open all summer with snack bar. All local shops in the village: bakeries, butchers, supermarket, tobacco, press , post office, pizzeria bar, restaurant hostel, nursing and physiotherapy practice. You will be conquered by the sumptuous landscapes , the scents of the lavender fields, the calm and sweetness of life ... Room for 2 people, breakfast included. 56 m2 chalet with all comforts including: On the ground floor: A fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction stove, fridge freezer, dishwasher) open to the living room with sofa bed and TV, a bathroom with washing machine, a separate toilet. Upstairs: One bedroom with 140 cm bed + closet, a second bedroom with 90 cm bunk beds and a 90 cm single bed + closet. Linens are not provided in the cottage. Cleaning at the end of the rental is the responsibility of the tenants.

We also have some chickens, geese, pigs, goats and our gentle horse on the property. Nestled in a small hamlet, you can take beautiful walks or hikes. You will be ideally located between the treasures of the Ardèche and the charm of the Drôme.

Welcome to Mars! Located at the end of the road, it's the gateway to nature! New, well insulated, the cottage is nice without TV or Wi-Fi, leaving room for disconnection. Shop/cafe in the village and summer market on Friday morning. The larger villages are 10 minutes by car (Le Chambon-sur-Lignon, Tence, Saint-Agrève) Close to Mézenc and Lisieux for outdoor activities. Pets welcome!
