Our spacious and completely renovated apartment will seduce you with its style mixing old and Scandinavian style. In the center of the village of Pont-en-Royans, you will find all amenities a few meters away as well as access to swimming in the Bourne. Hiking lovers will be able to discover the Vercors. For the more athletic, you will find the Presles climbing site, the Villard de Lans ski resorts and the Corrençon golf course a few km away.

You'll love this getaway in a magical and original place with river views and a private beach. The mill was renovated with poetry to foster an atmosphere of peace and sweetness. Perfect for experiencing a moment suspended in the rocking of the waves of nature. This mill is also located right next to the greenway, the Dolce Via, perfect for wild walks on foot or by bike. The place is close to a small supermarket and local markets.

Completely refurbished apartment, 1st floor (attached to our house) 65 m2: 2 bedrooms, beautiful light main room with garden view, pool access in summer.... at least 10am 11:30am 2:30pm 6:30pm!.... Heating included, please respect the 19-degree maximum and turn off the radiators (do not COVER them with linen) if you take advantage of opening the windows for a long time!…
