Pretty semi-detached house with fully fenced garden located in Cotinière, 5 minutes' walk from the port, sea, restaurants and all shops, in a private residence (no way out), very quiet, for 6 people. Parking in the residence. Pets not allowed and no smoking in the rental. Well located, peaceful and central house. School holidays and July August, rentals from Saturday to Saturday only. Optional cleaning fee and sheet rental.
