Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Cinta Beach

Wir hatten eine gute Anreise und mit der Beschreibung der Lage war das Haus gut zu finden. Check in war uns früher möglich, vielen Dank dafür noch! Antonello hat uns herzlich empfangen und alles super erklärt. Das Haus ist super, alles top. Jeder Raum klimatisiert !Ruhige sehr schöne Lage. San Teodoro schnell zu erreichen und Strände gleich in der Nähe. Besonders gefallen hat mir auch die Aussendusche die ich jeden Morgen in der Sonne genossen hab :) ! Besonders natürlich ist die Aussicht von dort oben aufs Meer, grandios. Besonders am frühen Morgen der Sonnenaufgang. Besser geht’s kaum! Alles in allem, alles super und wir konnten einen wunderschönen Urlaub mit vielen Erlebnissen und Eindrücken genießen. Vielen Dank nochmals an Gastgeberin! Wir würden gerne wieder mal als Gäste kommen!

Teresa est une hôte merveilleuse. Disponible, pleine de conseils avisés pour randonner, faire les courses ou se restaurer. La maison est très agréable avec notamment des chambres très confortables et un espace extérieur charmant.

Domu Manca ist ein Schmuckstück - durchwegs empfehlenswert. Silvia ist eine sehr zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die auf jedes Detail achtet und den Aufenthalt für ihre Gäste sehr angenehm gestaltet.

Stop scrolling and just book. The view will captivate you! We were lucky to meet Mario and Adriana during our stay and hear the story of their home. From the landscaping, the pool, fully stocked kitchen, to the comfy linen and beds you won’t want to leave and will feel at home! The location is unbeatable so close to town and beaches!

Andreas is a great host. The place is truly amazing from many aspects. First, the house is perched on the side of a hill with amazing views. The property has many places to sit and hang out throughout the property. There is an outdoor gym plus 2 e-bikes and 2 mountain bikes for exploring the hills along the sea. The drive into town is about 8 minutes, easy. I would highly recommend this place! As others have mentioned, the photos do not capture the beauty of this property. We had an amazing stay. There were four adults. You could have six and not feel cramped because fo the outdoor living space. Overall,10 out of 10.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Alles sah aus wie beschrieben und noch schöner, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns nützliche Tips gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man in schnell am Meer oder den umliegenden Orten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen- vor allem mit den flauschigen Mitbewohnern🐕😊

Francesca was very friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. The stunning view from the large balcony spaces and easy access to the beach make this a fantastic location. Accommodation is also close to great restaurants and works well as a base from which to explore Sardinia.

Die Unterkunft von Marco hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Schon im Vorfeld wurden wir herzlich von Christine, seiner Verwalterin, betreut – mit viel Engagement, tollen Tipps und schneller Kommunikation. Wir durften u.a. früher einchecken, haben Empfehlungen bekommen und eine genaue Wegbeschreibung zur Unterkunft erhalten. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und hat uns gut gefallen – besonders gefreut haben wir uns über den bereitgestellten Wein und das Wasser zur Begrüßung - eine schöne Geste! Die Lage ist top: Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt und Eisdielen sind fußläufig erreichbar – das Auto konnten wir oft stehen lassen. In Hafennähe muss man mit ein paar Mücken rechnen, was uns aber kaum gestört hat. Ein riesiges Dankeschön an Christine, die immer schnell, freundlich und herzlich geantwortet hat – das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Man merkt, dass hier der Mensch im Mittelpunkt steht. 🙏🏻

Hier fühlt man sich sofort wohl und wie zuhause! Wirklich eine total geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit einem wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick auf‘s Meer und genug Platz, um zu frühstücken und Wäsche aufzuhängen. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und fußläufig zum Hafen und Strand gelegen. Es gibt sogar zwei Fernseher mit eigenem Netflix-Account, den man kostenfrei nutzen kann. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt - sogar eine neue Flasche mit gutem Olivenöl war vorhanden. Das Bett ist 1,40m groß, was für unseren Geschmack etwas breiter sein dürfte, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wir waren enorm dankbar für die Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern sowie den Abdunklungsmöglichkeiten im Schlafzimmer. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten Michaela jederzeit bei Fragen schnell erreichen. Wir werden die Wohnung definitiv an Freunde und Familie weiterempfehlen! We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

Manuela is a fantastic host. She was very helpful and always responded quickly. The apartment is wonderful. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Manuela left us some delicious, typical Italian cookies as a welcome. The beach is a two-minute walk away. Even here, Manuela has provided everything: beach chairs, parasols, beach mats, beach towels. Whatever you need, it's all there. The area is truly beautiful, as is the view of the sea. We really enjoyed our stay with Manuela and will definitely come back.

Wir waren als Familie mit unseren beiden Kindern (12 und 17) zum ersten Mal auf Sardinien und auch zum ersten Mal auf Airbnb. Ich hatte lange nach einer für uns geeigneten Unterkunft gesucht, aber nirgends das "Richtige" gefunden. Dann spontan hier gestöbert und auf diese bezaubernde Wohnung gestoßen ... und sofort darin verliebt. Wir legen Wert auf 2 Bäder und 2 separate Schlafzimmer, damit unsere pubertären Kids etwas separat sind. Uns ist es wichtig, ein schönes Ambiente zu haben und einen herrlichen Ausblick. Wir wollen zentral wohnen. Und vor allem, soll es sauber sein. Die Wohnung hat alle Anforderungen erfüllt bzw. übertroffen. Schon alleine der Ausblick, wenn man zu diesem gepflegten Villagio fährt, dann dort ist und die Vorhänge öffnet und diesen atemberaubenden Blick der Costa Smeralda vor sich hat, unbeschreiblich schön! Wir haben auf der Terrasse gewohnt. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Waschmaschine ist gold wert. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen wieder🤍

Jessica was a very helpful and responsive host, the apartment was clean and the amenities were great, it’s a short walk to Palau town. There’s adequate parking outside the apartment. Highly recommend for your trip to Palau.

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Very quiet place, right on the beach, in a private residence. We appreciate the beautiful beach and the equipment of the house. The children enjoyed the paddleboard and the youngest child the sand toys. Inside the house there is also everything you need. The house is smaller and you can see that the interior is older, but we liked it there and we found everything we needed including a washing machine, coffee maker, plenty of towels and everything for cooking. We also appreciate the tennis court a short distance from the house. The house is in a quiet area and the only disadvantage is that you can't walk to the shop and restaurants, but we knew that. The beach and the peace are worth it. In our period (end of October) almost everything is closed. The hosts are very nice and always helpful and we would love to come back someday.

The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need, even if you forgot to pack something. It’s a perfect place for a few days away — comfortable and cozy. The only minor downside is the parking spot, which isn’t shaded, so the car can get pretty hot on sunny days. But overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!

Fácil de estacionar. Uma boa caminhada até o centro, mas pode pegar o ônibus que tem o ponto bem próximo. Próximo ao mercado. O apartamento é lindo e tem vários equipamentos úteis para usar na praia, o que faz total diferença na estadia. Completo.

Das Apartment liegt in einer weitläufigen und sehr gepflegten Eigentumgsferienanlage. Unweit befinden sich einige der schönsten Strände Sardiniens. Am besten haben uns Cala Brandinchi und Lu Impostu gefallen. Aber auch Cala Suaraccia mit Blick auf Tavolara ist sehr schön. Alle waren zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die ganze Gegend ist umwerfend und da waren wir froh einen festen Ausgangspunkt zu haben. Anfang Oktober ist es hier sehr ruhig, es war kaum jemand da. Schön für uns, das war sehr erholsam. Auf der anderen Seite schließen jedoch die Minimärkte und nur einige wenige Restaurants hatten offen. Der nächste Supermarkt war mit dem Auto 15 min entfernt, da haben wir für den ganzen Aufenthalt eingekauft. Die Wohnung selbst besticht durch den großen Balkon und gibt einer kleinen Familie ausreichend Platz. Internet war sehr gut und wir konnten über den mitgebrachten Firestick Filme problemlos sehen. Die Kommunikation mit Manuela war während der ganzen Zeit sehr freundlich und hilfreich.

Beautiful views of the Sardinian coast! The apartment is clean and has everything you need, including kitchen supplies. There are great beaches in the area, and it’s nice that you can also walk into town if you don’t feel like driving somewhere. Massimo is a very kind host and is responsive but also respects your privacy during your stay.

l'appartement de Noemi est très confortable et bien équipé, dans un immeuble très sympa. stationnement facile dans la rue, supérette à proximité. la petite terrasse est très appréciable pour prendre les petits déjeuners et les dîners. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Noemi mais les échanges ont été fluides et les conseils précieux.

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!

Excellent! I'm very happy that I got to stay in for this apartment, since it's very clean, beautiful, comfortable and at a great location. The nearest supermarket is 2 minutes walking and within 5 minutes walking you find several restaurants. The host Maurizio was friendly, trustworthy, very helpful and responded quickly. I unexpectedly arrived too early, but he managed to be there in 5 minutes after I messaged him, which is another bonus I didn't expect. My partner came a few days after me and left a bit earlier than me, which was no problem at all, since I chose for a two-person bedroom. Bonus is that there's an infrared lamp in the shower, which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this host/apartment.

This place was perfect! I couldn’t ask for more. Gelato spot just a few steps away. Restaurants, shops all walking distance. Everything felt very clean inside. I loved that I was able to walk to dinner or lunch and be back at the airbnb in just a few steps! Amazing overall
