We had a good trip and with the description of the location, the house was easy to find. Check-in was possible earlier, thank you so much! Antonello welcomed us warmly and explained everything superbly. The house is great, everything is great. Every room is air-conditioned! Quiet, very nice location. San Teodoro is quick to reach and beaches are nearby. I especially liked the outdoor shower that I enjoyed every morning in the sun :)! The view from up there to the sea is especially natural, magnificent. Especially in the early morning, the sunrise. It couldn't be better! All in all, everything was great and we were able to enjoy a wonderful holiday with many experiences and impressions. Thanks again to the host! We would love to come back as guests!

Staying at Paolo’s place was a highlight of my Sardinia trip! Coming home each day felt like a slice of quiet paradise and I appreciated how beautiful & private the space is. Paolo was also very accommodating to my stay and I’d definitely recommend others to stay here. It’s in a perfect location to the beautiful beaches & popular spots but it feels quiet away from everything! A dreamy stay, thank you!

From the landscaping, the pool, fully stocked kitchen, to the comfy linen and beds you won’t want to leave and will feel at home! The location is unbeatable so close to town and beaches!

Patrizia was very kind at all times! Upon arrival, we had a 6-hour delay from our airline and he waited for us when we arrived at night. Every other day he asked us how we were, if we needed anything, and from the first minute he gave us recommendations on what tours to do/which beaches to go to/where to eat like a local. From the time we got there until we left, she was always ready for anything, with a huge smile. I'd give it 10 stars, but I can only give 5 on the platform. Thanks Paty! We'll be back for sure!

It doesn’t get much better than this! The villetta is gorgeous. Not only is it kitted out very generously with everything most would ever need, but its decor has been finished with style, care, and attention to detail. This extends to the garden — truly a pleasure to spend time in. There are plenty of spaces to sit out in and enjoy a closer connection with nature, lush green views across to the neighbouring hill, and a whole host of tasteful planting choices (the purple accents of lavendar lining the back lawn were a delight for the eyes and the fragrance of the curry plants offered a sublime greeting each time you descended from the entrance gate to the house). We felt secluded at the villetta, yet we were only a few mins walk from a fantastic beach or a chilled hilltop cafe. Palau is 7 mins drive away. The location was ideal. Nadine and Sara couldn’t have been warmer, friendlier, or more helpful or accommodating. They were both so lovely. We’re planning to come back next year!

Francesca was very friendly, responsive and gave great recommendations. The stunning view from the large balcony spaces and easy access to the beach make this a fantastic location. Accommodation is also close to great restaurants and works well as a base from which to explore Sardinia.

Too short a stay in this beautiful property!We were lucky to have gorgeous weather, which made our time here even more enjoyable. The building has been beautifully renovated to a high standard, offering much more space than the two of us needed. Everything was finished to a high specification. Communication before arrival was excellent — the hosts sent helpful information in advance that really helped us plan our trip. We didn’t need to contact them during our stay except to request a taxi number, response was very prompt. A big plus for us was the convenience of the location — our plane landed at 7:05 pm, and we were able to meet the host briefly and still be seated for dinner at a local restaurant by 8:30 pm! Highly recommend!

We really loved this place. As well as being in a great location with a gorgeous view, it felt so homely and comfortable and had a fabulous porch area. Lots of big and little things ticked our boxes and we would not hesitate to stay there again (if only we didn’t have to fly half way around the world to get there). Simone is a great host and is super responsive. The area around Pittulongu is full of great beaches and is close to Olbia and all it offers. Our first experience of Sardegna and staying here made it really memorable! Highly recommended!

Lorenzo’s home was fabulous! Right on the beach with a fantastic large patio area outside in the garden. The pictures do not show how truly beautiful the space is. Lorenzo is an exceptional host as he helped us figure out how to pay a parking ticket we had received. This is a great home for families.

Piero's place was absolutely beautiful. We spent every morning eating in the garden and the location was very good. Close enough to the centre to be able to explore but far away enough so that it was not too noisy. Piero was very attentive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable as he checked us in himself :) Thank you so much! We will hopefully be back soon!

Amazing location, the communication with Stefano was smooth and I highly reccomend staying in his apartment. Beautiful views!

The host was very kind and responsive, literally one of the best hosts! Place was cute with great views, liked the vibes and architecture of the kitchen and windows. Could use a little furniture update in the living room and bedroom. As well as new linens / towels.

Jessica was a very helpful and responsive host, the apartment was clean and the amenities were great, it’s a short walk to Palau town. There’s adequate parking outside the apartment. Highly recommend for your trip to Palau.

Had a great time! The distance to the beautiful beach was only six minutes on foot. The beds are super comfortable. The view from the balcony is a dream. Pictures can't do it justice. Nice place to relax! We will be happy to come back!

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

Easy to park. A good walk to the center, but you can take the bus that has a stop nearby. Close to the market. The apartment is beautiful and has several useful amenities to use on the beach, which makes a total difference in the stay. Complete.

We stayed at the lovely apartment for a week. It looks exactly like the photos and you have a great view of the port of Porto Pozzo. In the village itself there are some restaurants, but a rental car is definitely recommended to explore the beautiful beaches nearby. We would recommend the place at any time 😊

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Anita's place. The apartment offers all necessary amenities, was very clean and had nice and rather new furnishing. For those wondering - there is only 2 steps inside the apartment when walking to the bathroom, otherwise it is all flat on the same level as the terrace. die to its location and positioning, the place also stays cool even on hot days, although there was also an AC, which we never used. Quiet surroundings, 2min walk to the next beach, at least 4 very good restaurants in walkable distance. We could also take any beach equipment, towels, toys we wanted with us, which was extremely convenient when travelling light. Anita was particularly helpful with any questions or inquiries we had - from restaurant or beach recommendations up to giving us her sky box to watch a match that wasn't on TV - very responsive and nice, without being intrisive or anything.

Stylish, airy and light-filled apartment in an amazing location - just a few feet from the beach, with vast sea views and great outside space (big table and chairs, sunbeds, sofa). The interior is well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Luca is quick to respond to any queries and is super-helpful. Totally recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Cala Liberatto. Eleonora let us check in earlier upon arrival with a short notice which was very appreciated. The condo is only a few minutes to the beach which is great! :) Minor note: There was not much natural light into the apartment (which might be nice on hotter summer days). But the hosts were very kind & responsive so thank you again!

Very warm and precise host The house is more than what you see in the photos Downtown with a supermarket, pharmacy, bar and several restaurants nearby Baja Sardinia, a very complete beach to enjoy the water and shops, very close, 10 minutes by car I went without a car and Giovana's husband took us Thank you so much!! We had a great time! The contact was very good, quick answers and friendly communication! The apartment is very nice, was super clean and nicely decorated, even if the climb there involves many steps (a little less than 130), it is worth it for the view every time. Finding a supermarket was not so easy at first glance, but thanks to the quick contact with the host, we quickly found what we were looking for. The mini-markets as well as a fruit shop in the center also had everything we needed. The area around the harbor is super nice, there are lots of small shops and a market that was set up every night during our stay. Another highlight was a boat trip to explore the small island beaches in the area. I would book a place to stay from Valerio & co again! :)

Katia's home is beautiful and she is a lovely and helpful host. Communication was top notch with helpful recommendations and directions to her place. The home was spotless, peaceful, and had every item we needed, and more! It was our wedding anniversary and Katia welcomed us with a delicious platter or fruit and a bottle of champagne! The private beach was a spot of serenity, especially peaceful waters in the morning so we could swim and snorkel. Lots of great local restaurants and beaches nearby. A truly wonderful stay, thank you Katia!
