In this pretty new house, you can stay with 4 people. A little bit out of the way but close to shops. Single-storey and partially equipped for people with reduced mobility. 2 bedrooms, 1 of which is equipped with a large electric bed and a TV. Walk-in shower, Japanese toilet. Washer and dryer. An annex building allows you to store bicycles, skis... At your disposal 3 mountain bikes. Towels can be booked for €9 per person. The end of stay cleaning is your responsibility but can be offered (€50).

Welcome to our village house located in the heart of the Alsatian vineyards, close to the picturesque Alsatian villages of Kaysersberg and Riquewihr. The 170m² house welcomes you on three floors, with private parking and a garage to store your bikes. SPA, sauna, relaxation area, and landscaped garden with barbecue. Capacity for 10 people, pets allowed at an additional cost. Fully equipped house: beds made on arrival, equipped kitchen, TV, and bathroom in the bedrooms.

Come and relax in this beautiful loft located on the wine route close to Riquewhir, Kaysersberg, Colmar and not far from Strasbourg. The comfort, calm and green location of our Gîte will immediately seduce you. Guests can enjoy the terrace with its spa in a bucolic and very pleasant setting! In the presence of a staircase of particular structure, the accommodation is not suitable for young children. The hot tub is an optional paid extra and on specific request.

PERCE NEIGE VILLAGE 4-star gîte

We already own the 4-star Perce Neige sapin gite in La Bresse. On 17/10/2015 we had a crush on this detached house with pool and sauna. ATTENTION the swimming pool is closed from 1 October until 30 April. Perce Neige Village has been rated 4 stars since May 2016. Attention in July and August we only rent by week.
