Our cottage is composed of an old house adjoining a barn, all renovated in a cozy style over 260 m². Ideally located in the Munster Valley, Sondernach is 10 minutes from the Schnepfenried ski resort and is the starting point for many hikes. In both summer and winter, the possible activities are varied: skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, tree climbing, cycling, mountain biking… Young and old will enjoy discovering the landscapes and gastronomic specialties of the region.

The Barn - Enchanting with 395 years heritage !

The "Barn" is is part of an old "forgeron" or blacksmith's property - it has been lovingly renovated to preserve all of it's original charm whilst providing an idillic setting to discover the Alsace wine route. Comprising of 2 generous master bedrooms with en-suite and a large open-plan living / dining and kitchen area on the ground floor leading out onto a wooden deck , perfect for enjoying the Alsace climate and local wine . On site parking for two vehicles .

Apartment on the ground floor of our personal house (footsteps upstairs because it's an old house with a wooden floor), private parking and possibility of garage access for motorcycles and bicycles. Ideal for walkers and skiers in winter (15 min from Schnepferied ski resort). Small shops in Metzeral located 3 km away (bakery, pharmacy, supermarket) and 10 km from Munster, the nearest tourist town. Possibility of having bread delivered to order.

We built our bioclimatic wooden frame chalet so that it restores a soft and natural atmosphere in harmony with the surrounding nature. Its name Lô-Bin-Ïa comes from its source which flows next to the chalet. And it is in this sweetness that we want to welcome you. You will have access to downhill and cross-country ski trails, lakes and waterfalls less than 1/2 hour from the chalet. Many hiking trails are present around the chalet.

In the heart of the Vosges massif in the valley of Munster, is the charming village of Mittlach. House located in the center of the quiet and tranquil village. at the foot of the Wormsa Valley, many hiking starts provide access to the Vosges ridges, numerous farmhouses and lakes. 3 km away is the village of Metzeral where you will find some shops (bakery, pharmacy,train station, bank,garage,supermarket and restaurants).

Relax in this unique and tranquil space. The listing is designed to accommodate only 2 adults. Unfortunately, it's not suitable for children or infants, even if the platform allows them to be added when booking. Charming 40 m² chalet, ideal for a few days' vacation, equipped with a 140 cm bed, in a 1950s building where the wood floor can sometimes creak, giving the place its authentic character.
