In this place your family can stay close to everything, the location is central to Gaustablikk in relation to the ski system, cross-country and alpine. The cabin is located at the top of "Ronnyheisen", and a short distance to the parking area. Gaustablikk has good food service and several activities you can participate in. If you want to leave the car, there are shuttle buses around the whole area every day and throughout the evening. We recommend downloading the Gausta app for more information about the area. The cabin has a fireplace and fire pit, firewood is not included in the rent

Cozy cabin at Gaustablikk

Amazing views of Gaustatoppen. The unique thing about this cabin is that it is not located in a cabin area, there is nature and tranquility and birdsong as the closest neighbors. The cross-country ski trails start right at the parking lot, and from there it is about 300 meters to the alpine resort. Note: There is a walk from the parking lot up to the cabin, 150 meters in summer/250 meters in winter, it is steep the first bit, so it is NOT suitable if you are bad at walking. Approximately 1.5 km to Gaustablikk mountain hotel.

Fjellperlen

Large cozy vertically divided cabin with great location and high standard. The cabin is located right next to the downhill slope and right next to cross-country trails in winter. In summer there are countless hiking opportunities and if you are interested in fishing there are many good alternatives in the area. Gaustatoppen is a very popular mountain hike and is located nearby. En av de hytter som ligger närmast Gaustatoppen så för att vandra går du direkt från hytten ut på fjället. Ski in/out och ca 200 meter till längdspåren och vandringsleder. Idealisk stuga för 2 familjer med två sovrum, kök, vardagsrum, hall och badrum på nedervåning och 2 sovrum, toalett och allrum (med Bäddsoffa och TV) på ovanvåningen.

Activities in spring, summer and autumn are, for example, mountain trips to Gaustatoppen and other hiking areas, swimming with a floating sauna on Kvitåvatnet or exciting visits to the world heritage town of Rjukan. In winter, skiing is the natural choice, preferably with free ride down from Gaustatoppen. Gaustatoppen is also accessible via a lift inside the mountain.

Nice views of Gaustatoppen and Hardangervidda in a scenic area with hiking trails and hiking.
