Nice cottage overlooking Gaustatoppen built in 2018. The cottage is located in the sunniest area with sun from morning to evening, as long as the weather permits. Patio with barbecue grill in lovely evening sun. The cottage has two floors. On the first floor, there is a kitchen and living room with an open floor plan, two bedrooms and two fully equipped bathrooms. One bathroom is directly adjacent to one bedroom. On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms as well as a small living room with a sofa bed and TV. We hope you will enjoy your stay in our cottage.

Idyllic place by Tinnsjøen lake near Rjukan

The cabin is located by Tinnsjøen lake with parking right beside it. It is 6 kilometers from Mæl ferry rental in the direction of Atrå. It is 17 kilometres to Rjukan, 25 kilometres to Gaustatoppen mountain and beautiful mountain areas. Beautiful views, plenty of sun. There is no running water in the cabin, but water tap just outside. Free wood for the wood stove. When there's frost and freezing temperatures, there's no water in the tap outside. Water must be collected from the host. Rowing boat is available for free. Outboard motor 1-3 days NOK 400, -

Cozy firehouse/bakery from 1850. The cabin has been converted into an annex/small cabin with one room with a double bed. Dining area inside. Outdoor kitchen with fridge and gas hob. BBQ. Bathroom in the next door building. Duvet and pillow are in the cabin. Bedding must be ordered additionally for 150 per person. There is only a short distance to the mountains, Tinnsjøen, bike rides, and hikes in the nearby area. During summertime you can swim and fish in the river just below. The tourist municipality offers varied experiences and activities for everyone.

At 920 meters above sea level, you will have a fantastic view of Gaustatoppen, peaceful surroundings, and very good sun conditions from morning to evening. A short distance to Snaufjellet, great hiking opportunities, fishing, swimming, and cross-country skiing, as well as mountain farm life at Håvardsrud and the cultural heritage of Rjukan, which is on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Gaustablikk Skisenter is 50 km from the cabin. The cabin is well suited for families and guests who want tranquility, nature, views and great experiences all year round.

Welcome to our new lovely cabin at Gaustablikk with wonderful panoramic views and great location. The cottage is owned by 2 Danish families who have decorated the cottage with a focus on creating the coziest setting for ourselves and our guests. The cabin is from 2021, it is beautifully located in the terrain overlooking Gaustatoppen and has the forest as its closest neighbor. There is a short distance to the alpine slopes and cross-country trails. There is ski out directly from the cabin and ski in only requires a short walk of about 300 meters.

High-standard cottage with amazing views of the Norwegian mountains. Sunny large terrace from where you can see both Gaustatoppen and Hardangervidda. One of the cabins closest to Gaustatoppen, so for hiking you can go directly from the cabin out on the mountain. Ski in/out and about 200 meters to the cross-country trails and hiking trails. Ideal cottage for 2 families with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room, hall and bathroom on the lower floor and 2 bedrooms, toilet and living room (with sofa bed and TV) on the upper floor.

In summer there are countless hiking opportunities and if you are interested in fishing there are many good alternatives in the area. Gaustatoppen is a very popular mountain hike and is located nearby.
