Apart from downhill skiing and cross country skiing (the FIS Nordic Combined season kicks off in Ruka) there are numerous hiking trails, including the famous Karhunkierros (Bear's Round), crosscountry ski &snowmobile routes, biking routes, fishing, bird watching, bear watching and also ample time to enjoy a sauna and peaceful silence.

Useita mahtavia aktiviteetteja suoraan ulko-ovelta: talvisin vierestä menee Kuontivaaran hiihtolenkki sekä kesäisin maastopyöräilyreitti (Kouvervaaran lenkki). Lähin ruokakauppa autolla noin 10 minuuttia (Ruka). Mökki on osa taloyhtiötä, samalla pihapiirillä yksi paritalomökki ja yksi kolmesta huoneistosta koostuva mökki.

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Kesäisin ja syksyisin retkeily- ja maastopyöräreiteille pääsee lähimaastosta. Talvella ja keväällä Rukan ympäristön hoidetuille hiihtoladuille sekä moottorikelkkareiteille pääsee mökin pihasta.

Toisessa levitettävä vuodesohva ja toisessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Wifi-yhteys, ilmalämpöpumppu, 11kw-laturi type2 liittimellä (sähkö veloitetaan erikseen). Hiihtoladulle lyhyt matka mökin pihasta!

Avara ja valoisa kelomökki upealla paikalla Pyhäjärven rannan tuntumassa. 80m2, jossa on 2 makuuhuonetta. Toisessa on parivuode ja toisessa 140 cm levitettävä vuode, sekä 80 cm leveä yläsänky. Tilavassa tupakeittiössä on lisäksi vuodesohva. Mökissä on wc, sekä saunaosasto vilvoitteluterassilla. Käytössä Elisa-viihde ja Wi-Fi. Kauppaan n. 4 km, rinteille n. 5 km ja ladulle, kelkkareiteille sekä vaelluspoluille pääsee pihasta. 2 kpl jatkuvasti voimassa olevaa hissilippua sisältyy hintaan.

Fabulous downhill ski slopes at Ruka ski resort can be easily reached in 10 min by car. Fully equipped cabin with wood fired sauna, wood fired family hot tub outdoors, and much more! The cabin grounds include a spacious barbecue hut, where you can enjoy cooking on a fire in winter or summer. Sheets, towels and final cleaning are always included with the rental price.

Rukanseutu C2 Keloparitalo Rukalla

Keloparitalon puolikkaan 64,5 neliön lisäksi tilava n. 20 neliön parvi, joka tekee mökistä kokoistaan huomattavan tilavamman (kts. kuvista). Mökki on Rukatunturin läheisyydessä noin viiden kilometrin päässä Kuusamon suuntaan, joten sopii rauhallisuutta arvostavalle mutta Rukan palveluita kaipaavalle. Rukan Ski-Bus kulkee mökin läheisyydestä/vierestä hiihtokaudella. Huomio! Sesongit Joulu, uusivuosi ja viikot 8-15 vuokraus vain lauantai-lauantai. Poikkeuksista ole yhteydessä.
