The shop is about 4 km away, the slopes about 5 km and the ski slopes, snowmobile trails and hiking trails can be reached from the yard.

During the summer, an additional attic room with a double bed is also available. The rental includes access to a grill hut and a rowboat and an Indian canoe, as well as firewood. There is a sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!
