The house was beautiful and really well kept. We were close to Anapuri and Niseko so lots of skiing options and several places to eat nearby. We'd come back for sure

An excellent host and a lovely stay.

This was my most favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. The private onsen after skiing was a HUGE plus to this stay and now life will never be the same for me until I get my own onsen someday. The Airbnb itself had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and helpful. I’d love to stay here again someday.

We would like to thank Pleasure Maruyama and Suzu for creating unforgettable memories for our family. Thanks to Maruyama Park, Hokkaido Shrine, shops, restaurants, and cafes around the house, I felt comfortable and relaxed as if I was living in Sapporo. I plan to visit Sapporo again to stay at Pleasure Maruyama.

We really loved this place. It was quite spacious, great amenities, close to restaurants, and a very easy check-in and check-out process.

Beautiful cottage in the heart of the mountain scenery, really spacious and comfortable. We had a wonderful time! A car is a must if you want to enjoy the surroundings fully.

The host was very responsive and very polite!They provided bread, milk, and eggs for the service, and I was very impressed. The room was spacious, clean, and a very pleasant stay! I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

Awesome place to stay for a group ski trip! The house is way bigger than we expected with plenty of space to sleep 7 people in individual beds. Very clean and very responsive host. Would come back to stay again!! Be aware there is an additional tax required prior to checkout that isn’t included in the price.

First of all, the host provided the clearest and most comprehensive directions I have ever encountered; congratulations! Everything explained with images and explanations for the stunned and exhausted tourist The apartment is 15 minutes from the subway, but a few hundred meters from a bus stop (although in the city buses are slow due to traffic) But if like me you're slipping on the ice (bring crampons for shoes in February!), and you have luggage, the bus is convenient The apartment was very clean and tidy, and there is an elevator, so it's not a problem for those with mobility difficulties Very convenient washing machine, and the stove allowed you to regulate the temperature Small kitchen but more than enough Clean sheets and towels Quiet neighbors, a little noisy on the street with the snow cleaning (but of course it's not the owner's fault!) I recommend it to individuals, couples, small families

Wonderful and beautiful accommodation in a great place to see Mt. Yotei. There is also a Seicomart nearby within walking distance, making it ideal for 2 or 3 nights with more than 3 people.Which is reasonable.

I stayed for three weeks, but I didn't find it inconvenient because it was fully furnished.There are supermarkets and restaurants about 15 minutes away on foot, so it's no problem to buy or eat anything you need.

It was a great place to stay! The hot springs were also big enough for two people and a child, and the whole house was big enough for eight people to stay comfortably, so the whole family was very satisfied. My sister's family especially liked it and said they wanted to spend more time in Hokkaido next time. Especially the conveyor belt sushi in Shiraoi (the only one?)The value and taste are impressive, so I'd love to stay here again. Thank you!

Struggled with the check-in and checkout system especially when our party arrived at different times. Another set of keys would have been useful, but otherwise all good. 2 toilets and 2 showers was good for party of 6.

I stayed here for 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was cozy, clean, and spacious enough for two people. The host was very kind and responded quickly to any questions I had. The location was perfect. It is just a few stops from Odori Station and is located in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. There is a supermarket nearby, along with several local restaurants. As someone who enjoys cooking, I appreciated that the kitchen was equipped with dishes and basic utensils. If you are looking to experience authentic local Japanese life, I would highly recommend staying here. It feels more like a home than a hotel, and the experience is much more personal and special.

Great house for skiing in Niseko / Hirafu House was beautiful, as pictured. Living room space and couches were large and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when I come back. Steps away from the free shuttle to the mountain, which ran very often (every 15 /20 mins). Or, if you store your skis in the lockers at the Hirafu Mountain Sports Center Annex (one of the bus stops by Kings Gondola) then you can walk to the mountain in ~15-20 mins. The house is steps away from some of the great restaurants and bars of the areas, including Bar Gyu - so you are right in the heart of the action. Location was amazing. I was a bit worried at first that we were not closer to the mountain, but when we arrived I saw the location was really perfect for our needs. Only issues were minor - had an issue with check in but host responded immediately and cleared it up. Would have been nice to have a few extra towels, as only 1 was provided per person and they were small.

The unit/apartment is very safe. It was near the train station,supermarket,7/11. The space is clean and big. The toilet and shower area is clean. I feel home during my stay .Host is responsive everytime I have question.

I would like to stay again if I visit Sapporo again next time. The house is cleanly maintained, and it was nice to be able to communicate with the host immediately. Although it is a little far from the city center (Susukino, Odori) (30 minutes walk), there is a subway station not far away. The street is quiet, so it's good for a cozy rest, and it's well serviced so that you can do dishes and laundry. Thanks to you, I was able to stay in Sapporo happily.

Another perfect stay Stayed for seven nights One room on the second floor, two underground rooms, each with en-suite with toilet bath, the bed is comfortable and comfortable to sleep every night. On the second floor, I met Yotei when the weather was good. Kitchen matching facilities Complete oven, multi stoves, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine... all fully stocked Two cars for the night, very close to supermarket, convenience store, ramen shop The owner was often very considerate with nice tips ❣️ Thank you, Hosana, the owner.
