The newly renovated attic apartment comprises a generous 130 m2 living space and extends over the entire level of the house. From the wardrobe on the 2nd floor, a staircase leads to the open-plan living-dining area with a modern kitchen. The large west balcony invites you to linger and offers you a fantastic view over the Inn Valley and the Tyrolean mountains. 2 bedrooms, 1 large bathroom and a walk-in closet complete the apartment. A place with a great feel-good factor!

Farm stay at an altitude of 1098 m

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.
