We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property! The location is unbeatable — we spent most of our time on the beach, enjoying the beautiful sunsets right outside the door. The place was absolutely amazing and homely. Mr. Balu has gone to great lengths to ensure the guests feel at home. The house was spotless and spacious, Mr. Balu was very proactive in providing all necessary instructions and ensuring our stay was very pleasant. We stayed at alex place for around 22 days. sangeetha received us to their place .she is very flexible with the dates and timing, they always try to accommodate our requests. The ambience around the house is beautiful and peaceful with lovely garden and trees. The kitchen and toilet is clean with all required stuff for comfortable stay .Sangeetha shared her garden produce with us which we enjoyed to the core .she shared poultry products too .Sangeetha’s in-laws are one of the loveliest people one would meet. They were very good with my parents who would often share their life experiences with each other. Overall we had a wholesome stay at aditis nest. We felt like home 🏡.Not to forget the youngest Host Aditi is the sweetest girl. Sangeetha and her family were very cooperative, proactive and always ready to help. They treated me and my parents as family. Highly recommend and would always go back to them for future stays.

Thanks a lot Gopu for hosting us. Helped in all possible ways, most importantly allowed us for early-checkin/checkout. Otherwise it would have been difficult with kids. It was a wonderful stay. We stayed here for nearly a week and was a very peaceful neighborhood. Would surely stay here next time when we visit Kottayam.

Annah was a fantastic host clear with all the instructions and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The place itself was wonderful, i truly enjoyed it and would love to visit again, even just for the stunning view from the balcony. If you’re someone who appreciates art and design, this is definitely a place you shouldn’t miss. I had a great time!

Super 👌 stay

I stay in 2 night first day there is no Air condition work only fan due to the heavy rain that day in kottayam power supply intruptted so that whole building running in generator however our place is very nice.

Arun's, place was a Cute 1BRK on the 3rd floor, was very clean and complete for a family stay. Arun was very proactive and helpful. We completely enjoyed the stay and it was real value for the money paid. Look forward to staying in again when in Cochin.

It is a beautiful flat and very spacious, and all the aminites were present in it. They also have very beautiful balcony garden. And the toilet were also very clean. Atlast ! It's an great deal

Extremely friendly host and quite flexible. The place was so well kept and all essentials required were in very good condition. We stayed 5 nights and had a very comfortable stay. Since there is a generator at the place power supply was not interrupted at all. Overall, the place was neat, well maintained and utilities were all in great working condition. Wi-Fi absolutely great too. Super place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It’s nice and secluded but very well serviced by Uber etc. The apartment was nice and spacious and plenty of room for our family of 5. 1 of the bathrooms had a shower with hot water after but he water us never really cold in the other bathrooms and with the Kerala heat you wouldn’t miss it 😉 For Western travelers; keep in mind that the kitchen is not equipped as you would expect at home so not a lot of cutlery etc. It is ofc. self catering but there are no kitchen towels etc. No problem, easy available at the hypermarkten but keep that in mind. Would definitely recommend!

We booked this place for my birthday, and it honestly felt like a dream. The space was absolutely beautiful every corner felt thoughtfully designed and incredibly cozy. But what truly made it special was how comfortable and homely it felt. I’ve stayed at a few Airbnbs before, but this one genuinely felt like home and that’s rare. There were four of us, and we were all so happy, relaxed, and well taken care of throughout. The host Mr.Febin was so welcoming, which just added to the overall experience. Thank you for making my birthday so memorable. Can’t wait to come back again this place will always hold a special spot in my heart!

Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. And a special thanks to the hosts, had a beautiful time with my family without any hassles of chk-in/chk-outs or any other issues.. Dont miss it folks, worth every penny we pay :)
