Cozy cottages are built amidst the majestic trees like nutmeg, cloves, coconut trees, jack trees, bread fruit trees, Arecanut, Cocoa etc. The Cottages are thatched with braided coconut palm leaves to obtain a natural cooling effect. The interior is uniquely fashioned. As the walls of the cottages are built with palm tree planks the rooms are never hot. The Cottage is suitable for a family having attached bathroom with all essential interiors.

This Diamond-graded homestay is built of Plinthite blocks and plastered with lime. Its roofs and floors are covered with old clay tiles & have a wooden ceiling all over. It's a perfect place to unwind in the weekend and enjoy the breeze and calm of the Vembanad Lake.

The Art Studio is a multi-level apartment that is part of my house and has a separate entrance. The ground level features a pool , gazebo and an organic farm/garden , while the first level includes a bedroom, dining / library area, kitchen, and a bathroom. The second level houses the art studio and a gym, and the third level is a private terrace.
