Good clean place! well located and easy to go around in Cochin. The host was super responsive too and gave the instructions very clear and well in advance!

We had rented Mr Nandan's apartment for our family time. All of our interactions with our host Mr Nandan were very smooth and pleasant. He showed us around the apartment and explained everything to us patiently before handing us the key. The Location of the apartment being in the city itself was an advantage. The apartment was extremely neat and looked much better in real than in the snaps posted in the Airbnb website .It was very well equipped with all the necessary gadgets , Wifi, Split AC's and Ceiling fans in all rooms, Tv, Fridge, Washing machine, Electric Kettle, Flask ,Gas stove, Geyser,all required utensils.Spacious rooms,A big dinning table. Comfortable sofa set.Bedrooms with nice and clean bedsheets, Towels etc were provided.We did not have to go out to buy anything. Everything was very thoughtfully provided. The huge balcony with back water sunset view was incredible Our family had a memorable stay at your apartment .We highly recommend it to anyone . Thank you 😊

Had a wonderful stay at Periyar View Apartment! The place was clean, peaceful, and had a beautiful view of the river. The location is perfect, close to Aluva town, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some quiet time. The host was very helpful and made sure everything was smooth. This place is Paradise in Kochi. When you have marine drive on your left and broadway market on your right. Walk right down to be greated by a mall. One of the most clean looking rooms we had and a warm owner to guide you through.

I'd visited Dileep's property with my parents for our vacation. The place was clean and comfortable throughout our stay. The area is well connected, offering guests privacy and a backwater view. The property is well-connected, with restaurants nearby. Our Uber was able to find us easily without any added instructions from our end. The place was clean, quiet, and worth a visit!

Very peaceful location, easy to find the place and check-in, unfortunately we didn't had much time to utilise the space, but it's worth staying. only -ve is that the place has no hot water facility

We had a wonderful stay at this place—it looks exactly like the photos, if not better! The atmosphere was peaceful and private, making it perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The space was cozy, and we had a great night’s sleep. Caretaker Victor was very helpful, especially with setting up the barbecue fire, which helped us a lot. The only small downside was the absence of soap and shampoo in the bathroom, but everything else was spot on. Highly recommended for a quiet and relaxing getaway!

It was great stay overall. The place was exactly like the pictures. We had a amazing stay. The stay was totally private. There are helpers in the next compound. The view is totally amazing and the pool was cleaned daily. The cleaner helped a lot. if you prefer cooking they have utensils. Limited restaurant choice if you prefer to order food. Perfect for both family and group. We had a great time and recommend everyone to try this place.

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment on the 10th floor! The rooms were clean, spacious, and had balconies offering a stunning view. The place was definitely worth the price, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. While WiFi and a few more basic kitchen utensils would have made the stay even better, these were already mentioned as unavailable in the listing, so no surprises there. Overall, a great experience, and I’d love to stay here again!

Amruth’s home stay was as perfect as the images portrayed in the app. The aesthetics was commendable. What was the highlight of the stay was the view and surrounding; calm & quiet, stunning view of the Periyar river. The place was neat, clean and very comfortable. Amruth is a gem of a person. He very polite, a responsive host, always trying to ensure his guest are comfortable and provided for, goes out of his way to ensure he keeps it that way. Waking up to the view of Arabian Sea, spending hours warchng the swarming backwaters with cruise boats, and ships from the bedroom day&night, located at the heart of the city, bustling yet peaceful location, aesthetically designed interiors....I cn keep listing the pros of this property... but what mattered the most is the serenity and calmness I felt being in there...Wud never miss an opportunity to get bk in there again. And a special thanks to the hosts, had a beautiful time with my family without any hassles of chk-in/chk-outs or any other issues.. Dont miss it folks, worth every penny we pay :)
