Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Kufstein

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

A great place with plenty of privacy. Modern and new. Everything sparkling clean and easy to use. Top service and super accessible. Super location and super bright. Great kitchen amenities and a super working gas grill.

Everything worked out great. Cooking for 8 people was a bit difficult as there were not enough utensils.

Hermanns place was cozy with lots of natural light and character. Great fenced in backyard, perfect for our dog. Very easily accessible to multiple skiing areas and extremely accessible from the Autobahn. Many options for grocery shopping and eating nearby. Hermann was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely visit again!

The stay was very nice. Pauline is a very friendly and nice host. The apartment was clean and had everything you need (as described), even a walk-in closet. The bathroom is modern. In 10 minutes' walk you can reach two supermarkets, a bakery, a snack bar with pizza, kebab, etc. and an Asian restaurant. By car, you can reach Munich in about 30 minutes. I highly recommend staying at Pauline's and will certainly be a guest at Pauline's again in the future.

We had a very nice stay. The tiny house is comfortably furnished and very clean. Everything was super equipped, so that even for cooking the most important utensils were there. The communication was also great and our questions were answered quickly. Glad to come back!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace and quiet. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super nice host who was able to take care of a lot of our worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will be back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We stayed here for around 2 months over the winter season, using the apartment as a base to travel around Austria. The apartment is perfect for a couple, with plenty of space for 2 and a well finished kitchen. The apartment is also bigger than it looks in the photos, which is an added bonus. The apartment has a beautiful view over the valley, and is close to a bus stop which can take you all the way down the valley from Hopfgarten to Kitzbühel, or back to Wörgl station, which is very well connected, letting you travel throughout the Tirol region easily. Birgit was very friendly and helpful, always willing to be flexible with us, and made us feel right at home! She helped us sort out any issues we had and helped us to settle in the local area. We would definitely come back!

Very great, clean apartment in an idyllic location not far from an organic farm. For us, the location and the apartment with a crawling baby were also perfect, as there is plenty of space. Christian was very friendly & always answered my questions quickly. We felt very comfortable!

Great stay in this cosy flat with an amazing view of the Alps. The place was clean and had a nice, relaxing vibe. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed. Only downside was the wifi speed, which could’ve been better. Overall, highly recommend!

A great home to stay, feels like home.

I had a great stay at this beautiful place! The view is fantastic, and the cows right outside the door give the place a particularly idyllic atmosphere. The apartment was very clean and equipped with everything you need – I immediately felt comfortable. The small, lovingly landscaped garden invites you to relax, and the parking space right outside the door is super convenient. The communication with the host was warm and straightforward. A clear recommendation – I'd love to come back!

The place was superb, all the furnishings were top class and the attention to detail was lovely. Bea was a superb host. This is a place we would use again when we come to Salzburg.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. The place was absolutely top! Very clean, lovingly and comfortably furnished – you can tell that the landlords really make a great effort. There were small attentions and surprises that made the stay special. A note: To get to the apartment, you have to go through the hallway of the private apartment – this may not be ideal for everyone, but it did not bother us. Overall definitely recommended – we felt very comfortable!

Great apartment 6 min walk to Marienplatz and everything else. Very quiet, well appointed and comfortable. This was our second time there. Lemlem allowed an early check in which was extremely helpful and organized a really early taxi to the airport also extremely helpful. If was to go to M again I would stay here.

The best premium budget AirBnB: this is the best apartment close to Munich and surroundings for a fair budget. For two people with a car, perfect choice. (35 min by car/1h 15 min by public transport to Munich) It is really a fair deal, which is perfect for all young flexible people for longer but in my case also shorter trips. I thank you in advance for everything and clearly it is not my last time here 😉

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

Very friendly atmosphere and nice contact. Fantastic and idyllic view of the lake over green flower meadows. We'd like to come back.
