Mimo mroźnej pogody w Polanicy są możliwości świetnego spędzenia czasu. Dom posiadał wszystkie udogodnienia, gry i książki dodatkowo dały nam chwilę wytchnienia. Polecam bardzo to miejsce, blisko do każdej atrakcji

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Garten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist herrlich und das Riesengebirge beeindruckend, tolle Waldwege und Berge mit schönen Türmen, Jelena Góra ist eine schöne Stadt. Ein Auto ist unabkömmlich, da das Haus an einer Straße liegt, die keinen Gehweg hat, die Autos fahren Aber recht zackig vorbei, mit Hunden oder Kindern ein bisschen gefährlich. Aber mit Auto alles sehr gut erreichbar. Sylwia ist hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation war super unkompliziert. Vielen Dank!

It was amazing stay, thank Grzegorz once again! We had a hen party organised for our friend and asked if we could arrived a bit earlier for check-in to prepare everything in advance. The host was so nice and communicate, sawing that the weather was bad (heavy rain with the hail) he let us inside, heated for us house in advance and even helped us to heat up the hot-tub and sauna outside, cutted us some wood as well. We are so grateful for your help, kindness and understanding. The house itself look amazing, just as on the pictured from pinterest. The kitchen was well equipped and everything was fully functional. The sauna was very clean and enjoyable, also we would love to use more grill and terrace outside if the weather would be better. We would definitely love to come back to this beautiful place. =)

Świetne miejsce wyglądające nawet lepiej niż na zdjęciach. Było bardzo czysto i na miejscu było wszystko czego można chcieć do posprzatania - worki, odkurzacz, tabletki do zmywarki, czego tylko potrzeba. Dom jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony (naczynia, garnki etc), bardzo duży, wspaniałe miejsce na ognisko, sauna. Gospodarz jest bardzo pomocny i przyjazny. Bardzo polecam!

We had a lovely stay! The place is new, clean, and just the right size for two people. The view is beautiful, and the location is peaceful and close to the mountains. The jacuzzi was a highlight and made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of small suggestions that could make the experience even better: it would be great to have a lighter included if you’re offering a fire-starting package, as well as a few basics like kitchen paper and microwave gloves for convenience. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others.

Super miejsce, czyste, zgodne z opisem. Gospodyni bardzo dba o swoich gosci, swietna komunikacja. Polecamy!

Fantastisch appartement waarin niets ontbreekt. Heerlijk rustig. Uitgebreide info over wat er in de omgeving is te doen. Supermarkt Biedronka op 500m afstand. Op 10 min wandelen een mooi en groot park. Goede restaurants op loopafstand, 10 min wandelen, aanrader Bohema (heeft ook een restaurant in het park). Als je over dit appartement niet tevreden bent, ben je nergens tevreden. Fantastyczny apartament, w którym niczego nie brakuje. Cudownie cicho. Obszerne informacje o tym, co można robić w okolicy. Supermarket Biedronka 500m dalej. Piękny i duży park 10 minut spacerem. Dobre restauracje w zasięgu spaceru, 10 minut spacerem, polecam Bohema (ma również restaurację w parku). Jeśli nie jesteś zadowolony z tego apartamentu, nie będziesz zadowolony nigdzie indziej.

Mieszkanie bardzo przytulne i niebanalne. Duży ładnych elementów, bardzo praktyczna. Piza tym w kultowym miejscu Kino Kawiarni. Pani Urszula zadbała nawet o książki i mapy dotyczace okolicy i nawiązujace do niej tematycznie. Zostawiła nam także miły upominek - pachnące mydełk9, wyrabiane ręcznie w lokalnej spółdzielni socjalnej. Polecam z całego serca. Magda

Útulný byt v samotném centru Broumova. Ideální místo, klidné, čistotné. Skvělé zázemí pro Vaše toulky Broumovem. Všem vřele doporučuji a rádi se vrátíme :)

Vše v naprostém pořádku. Příště bych volila stejné ubytování. Prostředí perfektní, jak pro dospělé tak i pro děti.

Прекрасное место для отдыха! Дом оказался даже лучше, чем на фотографиях — чистый, уютный и очень атмосферный. Всё продумано до мелочей: от удобной мебели до полностью укомплектованной кухни. Особенно понравился вид с террасы ,сад. Хозяин был очень дружелюбным, всегда на связи и готов помочь. Район тихий и безопасный, рядом природа. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

S ubytovaním sme boli veľmi spokojní. Cítili sme sa tam ako doma (a zaspomínali si na staré časy). Veľmi sme ocenili dostupnosť centra mesta (cca 15 minút peši).

V bytě pana Vítězslava jsme se cítili velmi dobře. Nebyl problém mít dva pejsky, kteří byli také spokojení. Byt byl uklizený, vybavený, naprosto nic nám nechybělo. Kávovar a posezení na lodžii byl jen bonus. Moc děkujeme, pokud pojedeme do této lokality příště, určitě bychom znovu využili.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in het huisje van Vit! Het huisje is knus met een houtkachel een een gezellige sfeer en lekker ruim als je met z'n tweeën bent. De haard en verwarming stonden al aan bij ontvangst, zodat de kou al uit de kamer was. Hout voor de haard kun je trouwens zelf kleiner hakken, leuk om eens te doen. Vit heeft ons wat tips en trucs gegeven wat betreft de boiler, kachel en de omgeving. Hij reageert ook vlot op vragen via de app, heel fijn. De omgeving leent zich voor veel buitenactiviteiten wat we dus ook veel hebben gedaan. Het is een mooie uitvalsbasis voor de verschillende parken en bergen in de omgeving.

Really great experience, very helpful, friendly and responsive host, great location (close to city center, parks along the river, and the university hospital). Will be happy to stray there again later.

Stayed here with my girlfriend for 2 nights and had a great time. Was very quiet and felt right at home. Close by to a few nice restaurants. Apartment was spotless and had all amenities listed. Would highly recommend and look forward to returning one day!
