After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

In a quiet residential area in the northeast of Lübeck is the Schönkamp house, a semi-detached house from around 1900. The sea in Travemünde or Niendorf - as well as the city center of Lübeck - can be reached quickly by car, bike or bus. The surrounding forest and heathland areas invite you to take long walks and bike rides. Via the A1 or A20 you can quickly reach Hamburg, Fehmarn, Wismar or Schwerin. It's also close to Hansapark (amusement park).

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. From the 6 m² balcony you have a beautiful view over the spa hotels of Travemünde and see as far as the Bay of Lübeck and the horizon of the Baltic Sea. Here you can relax and unwind wonderfully.
