Timmi1: Our apartment is a cozy 2.5 room apartment in the center. It is only a 2-3 minute walk to the sea with a fine sandy beach. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, Nespresso, filter coffee, toaster, etc. A parking space is right by the house. Linens & towels included. SONOS, cable TV, DVD player, WiFi. The cozy flat is in the center of Lübeck near of the river. The house is from 1800 with a typical stairs of this time. It is the house of the entrance of one of the passageways of Lübeck. The most attractions are within walking distance. You have your own bath and cooking area, a dining room and a bedroom. Just a few steps you have restaurants, bars and little shops. In the summer time you can swim in the crow pond, where a bathhouse is. You can have boatstours, visit the Hostentor and more.

Die Einraumwohnung ähnelt einem langen Schlauch. Die Räumlichkeit befindet sich in unserem Anbau mit eigener Haustür (einem alten umgebauten Hühnerstall). Auf der anderen Seite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Fitnessraum der optional und nach Absprache genutzt werden kann. Auch unsere Terrasse + Garten ist über die Wohnung erreichbar. Auch diese darf nach Absprache gern mit genutzt werden, sofern gewünscht. Ansonsten eignet sich die zentrale Wohnung ideal für kurze Aufenthalte im Sommer.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our apartment is located between the Baltic Sea beach and Lübeck on the upper floor of a house built in 1926. The stairs to the apartment are wooden (not soundless). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. You can get to the beaches and to Lübeck by public transportation. The apartment has its own parking space, a small garden with a terrace and its own entrance. I am relaxed and like guests who are just as relaxed. If anything is unclear, just ask 😊 Welcome!

Our apartment is located in the north of Lübeck, in the Schlutup district, near the Trave estuary to the Baltic Sea. It is part of our house, but forms its own unit with separate entrance, shower bath, pantry, as well as its own large terrace with dining table and outdoor sofa. These lounge areas invite you to linger and relax..... 7 km to the city center of Lübeck, 12 km to Travemünde and just a few steps to neighboring Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

The apartment is only 35 square meters. A stay with 3 or 4 people is only recommended for a short period. Living and sleeping take place in one room (see drawing). Food preparation is also limited. There are two hobs as well as pots and pans available, but no oven or microwave. However, Lübeck invites you to eat in its various restaurants.
