The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a classicistic house right in the old town. It comprises 120 qm of living space with old plank floors. A spacious living room with solid wood kitchen and historic beams provides a cozy atmosphere. Two bedrooms can accommodate 4 people. From here you can easily reach everything on foot – the famous Holstentor, the museum harbor, the Gothic churches and the many small alleys and corridors that meander through Lübeck. Right outside the front door, the bus stops, which takes you to Travemünde in less than half an hour to the beach.

The house is essentially a Gothic plank house from 1290 with a Renaissance wing, street facade Renaissance (ground floor and 2nd floor), as well as a rear Gothic gable with rising pointed arch panels.
