It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

The extremely lovingly renovated and furnished apartment has 4 rooms, bathroom and a kitchen with direct access to the east to the garden at about 80 square meters of living space. On the doorstep: beach, forest, sailing school, marina, planetarium, thermal spa, interesting gastronomy; very close: water castle and Förde golf course...!

Kitchen, dining area and living room are a large bright area. A double glass door leads from the living room onto a big wooden terrace. Here in summer there is the possibility to grill or spend the evenings in front of a fire bowl.

The house sits at the edge of a holiday home settlement, in the middle of the countryside with fantastic views of the Schlei. In a few minutes, you will be on the water. The house, the large terraces and the garden offer space to play and relax in any weather.
