We are located close to the forest and beach meadow, 300 meters from lovely beach, 1 km from Falsled Havn, and from the completely unique eatery Falsled Kro. We are located right on the edge of Svanninge Bakker, and the area is very well suited for outdoor activities such as hiking, running, fishing, and cycling. The archipelago trail starts at Falsled Harbour.

Beach House / Brunsnæs

We rent out our cozy, charming and newly renovated cottage, which is located in a quiet area overlooking Flensborg Fjord. Do you need to get away from everyday life, love to relax or be active? Then the house is just the thing. The home is located by the beach and Gendarmstien. It has a large kitchen-living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, and large garden with sunny terrace. It is only a few kilometers to the town of Broager with shopping. Price excludes electricity consumption: DKK 5.00 per kWh.

The house is undisturbed and beautiful situated on a large 5000 m2 natural plot only 250m from the beach and 4 km to the shopping centre. Close to a large forest area, where you can cros the old border to Germany and on to Flensburg within an hour. The old Gendarme path is 250m from the site and leads along the water all the way to Sønderborg. The campsite is situated 300m from the hause and here they offer access for children and adults to their pool, minigolfe and bouncy castle.

The house is a little low ceilinged in the kitchen.

You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. Nordstrandnixe on land - 150 meters to the sea

In a dream location - 150 meters from the most beautiful North Strander beach Fuhlehörn - is the enchanting North Beach Nixenhaus with two apartments. Ideally suited for two people, this small apartment is on the ground floor. On request, three people can stay here, the third person may sleep in the alcove under the stairs. The bedroom can be closed by a door. Above this seaside apartment, the Nordstrandnixe is located over land.

En hytte på 42 m2 beliggende på en større grund med direkte og uforstyrret udsigt til Hopsø. Hopsø er fredet og rummer et rigt fugleliv. Fra hytten er der af flere veje adgang til Genner bugt og badestrand - afstand 200 meter. Der er et skønt lys i hytten og er et perfekt “getaway” sted for 2 personer. Der er mulighed for opredning i stuen på en sovesofa til 2 yderligere. Der er kun et forhæng til soveværelset - ingen dør.

The summerhouse is renovated in 2020. Includes 2 floors with 36 m2 on each floor. The top floor contains bright living room/kitchen with panoramic views of Feddet and Lillebælt. The bottom floor contains 2 rooms, bathroom and hallway. From both rooms, there is direct access out. Good indoor staircase between floors, there is security gate from living room. Large southwest facing terrace. Svalegang to the west and north.

The house has a nice, light and open kitchen / living room area, bathroom with a shower, 2 rooms with beds for 2 and 3 people. In addition 2 people can sleep in the living room on a comfortable pull out couch. A cosy automatic stove that heats the house even in the cold periods. The key box ensures easy and flexible check in and -outs.

Cozy basement apartment with bedroom and living room with sofa bed, small kitchen with fridge and small freezer, air fryer and 1 hot plate, electric kettle and microwave. Dining area for 4 people. Nice bathroom with shower. 3 min drive to Gråsten Castle, 12 min to Sønderborg. After a few minutes' walk, you are on a small cozy beach and from the parking lot by the house, there is a view of Nybøl Nor

The Hyggelei (electricity included!)

In the summer of 2021, our second vacation home was completed. Once again, we have done everything to furnish the house both stylishly and in a child-friendly way. Children will find plenty of toys here and from winter 2021 the garden will offer a variety of play options such as swing, trampoline and soccer goals. We have put a lot of effort into the decor and hope that you like it.
