We are renting out our bright 2-room self-contained apartment, which was completely renovated in 2020. It is equipped with a wide double bed in the bedroom and a 120 cm-wide sofa bed in the living/dining room. A fully equipped kitchenette with fridge and dishwasher is available. In the bathroom there is a spacious shower, among other things. From the bed you can look out into the countryside - you are in the village, but you do not hear any car noise. Please note that the garden/terrace is not available

Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

The house is located on the outskirts of Geesthacht at the end of a dead end road. Directly adjacent to the property is a forest area. A bus stop is within walking distance. Hamburg can be reached in about 25 minutes by car. The city center of Lüneburg can also be reached in about 25 minutes by car.

The apartment is located on the attic floor (sloping ceilings) of a single-family house in a quiet location with very good access to the A1 and A24 highways. The subway station "Steinfurther Allee" is also easily accessible on foot (10-12 minutes on foot; please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 minutes on the "U2" to Hamburg Central Station. The ambiance is modern, individual and has art and collectibles that have been collected together over the years.

The cozy 70 sqm apartment is located on the upper floor in our single-family house with private entrance and terrace. The bedroom has a 160 cm wide double bed with Bedside tables, wardrobe and TV. The living room is equipped with a corner couch, a 120 cm bed, wardrobe, and TV. From the living room, a space-saving staircase (attention: no railing!) leads to the attic. 3 more people can stay there. The kitchen is fully equipped for 6 people (with dishwasher).

The beautiful Dalbek Gorge nature reserve is a 10-minute walk away.
