Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Koto City

Beautiful residential neighborhood with nearby access to Funabori station. My family felt right at home and we were able to explore much of Tokyo during our stay. Easy access to Tokyo sky tree and Tokyo Disney. Junko was a fantastic host. I would enthusiastically recommend this home to families.

Shuhei's place was beautiful and clean. Location was great, near convenience stores and about 10-15 min from the metro. Direct lines to many tourist spots, including skytree and Shibuya, and never had to make more than 2 stops to any other place. Great options for food too! Shuhei made sure to have towels, disposable tooth brushes and razors available for us, really going the extra mile to help us feel at home. As an extra, the view from the terrace is exceptional. I will truly miss this home.

Wouw it couldn't be any better!! masa is such a nice guy and very welcoming! upon arriving we felt welcome, he explained everything and went his way. he had answers for every question we had and helped us to the best of his ability. upon arriving we gave him some Dutch gifts ( fridge magnet of a wooden shoe with tulips and a pack of stroopwafels) this shook him but he accepted it with a smile from ear to ear! the accommodation was clean and well taken care of, plenty of room for 2 people and really close to Ebara-machi station, which we used the most to get around. friendly people around Ota and the 7-11 around the corner is also very helpful! next time we are planning to stay longer! Domo arigato gozaimasu masa-san!

I understand why it's so popular! Adults can enjoy it together, and it's always exciting and never boring. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are no inconveniences at all. I was able to meet the host, and I'd like to go to the other two buildings ((o(>ω<)o))

Top notch customer service in this beautiful house！ super clean and provide all the equipments we need for our six days stay. The owner is very malicious to provide little gifts and snacks when we arrived. They also offer lending us stroller which gave us a BIG help for the trip. Easy access, super lovely kids friendly neighborhood (lots of kids in this area). I would give a 10/10. Also, the layout of the floorplan is excellent for having 2 families while each family can stay at their own floor. We all had a very happy and wonderful time.

Enjoyed our week in Tokyo here in TK Court! The house is 100% accurate to photos, neat and tidy. Essentials are in god condition and well provided. Higashi oojima is very convenient for living, having supermarket, multiple convenient shops and a variety of restaurants nearby. Tk and team provides speedy helpful replies throughout the week.

Great house and smooth check in. The close proximity to Ojima station was an added benefit. Nijiiro was very responsive and allowed us to check out late without issue. Would recommend to anybody

Great space, easy walk from Ichinoe Station. Kazu was immediately available if needed and very proactive. Highly recommend. Would stay again next time we are in town!

I stayed for 10 days and the Airbnb was clean and cosy, perfect for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and polite, always quick to reply and even helped answer questions I had about Japan. There was also a helpful list on the table with nearby food spots and places of interest, including the Museum of Contemporary Art. The location was also great—very accessible to places I visited like Kamakura and Mount Takao, and it was easy to get to busy areas like Shinjuku with a direct train. Highly recommended!

The location is great. It’s said closed to rather busy JR Kamata station, which is true though, also it’s on the edge of residential area, so quiet at night and peaceful. Check-in and Check-out was smooth as it can be managed through tablet. It has kitchen and all necessary utensils but I needed one more sponge to clean up the sink, to have separated dishwashing sponge. You can buy those in 100 yen shop, though. I throughly enjoy surrounding eating places. Kamata is famous for Gyoza and Tonkatsu, but also a lot of ethnic restaurants. And it’s really easy to go out into the central part of Tokyo, so you can enjoy the life in Tokyo.

Staying at Hanamiki’s was a joy. It’s in a quiet area and I had no issue getting around. It was clean, comfortable, and serene.

This was one of my best experiences with an Airbnb. The place is very close to a train station. It was very clean and all the information I needed was at the apartment. The host was very responsive and helpful. There are a lot of shops around. I’ll stay here again next time I come to Tokyo.

Miu was very kind to answer any questions I had. Before I arrived I got lost because of google maps but it helped me a lot to know where I could go; she was always very attentive wondering if everything was okay, if I could get there or even the rainy days sending me a message that everything was fine. The Airbnb itself, it is very nice, it has everything you need, space neither so small nor so large, air conditioning and hot water, all very good! In addition to the metro station being about a ten minute walk away; the neighborhood feels very safe, I walked until very late at night and never felt scared or anything like that!;) I would definitely stay at this Airbnb again in some future!^^

Nice place , still new fresh and clean, everything I needed was there, comfortable bed, powerful A/C, great location 5 minute walk to Sky Tree and Train stations with connections to anywhere in Tokyo, Responsive hosts very accommodating. I would stay here again.

We had a family of 3, Very easy to find and close to subway. Hosts are very thoughtful and had a lot of little things supplied that made it even better for us during our stay. Moe was very quick to respond and very helpful. A few bakeries within 5 mins walking and same distance for 7/11, Lawsons and Family Mart. Definitely recommend this space and will stay again when we come back to Tokyo.

Host was very responsive, and listing matched descriptions and pictures in the listing. The unit is 3 min walk from train station, which is really convenient. Host explained how to use all appliances. Quick response from host whenever we ask any questions. Would highly recommend this place!!

I had a great stay with Rare, clean & comfortable space within walking distance of public transit and a lot of amazing restaurants. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I was set up with everything I needed during my stay.
