Easy city living!! Right in the heart of the city center; you may hear some noise from outside. However, the house is quiet. 200 meters to the train station and 2 kilometers to the Xamk campus. No guests other than the guests who made the reservation are allowed in the apartment!!! Balcony facing the pedestrian street. We offer morning coffee/tea. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergents, sheets and towels are included in the price. The railway station has a long-term parking space and a 2h disc parking space in front of the house. No pets. No Wi-Fi!

Cottage by the pond

Beautiful cottage on the shore of Lake Kotolampi. An "off-grid" cottage electrified with a generator & solar panels, where remote working is also possible thanks to Wi-Fi and a separate computer screen. There are beds for a total of nine guests, you have all the comforts of the cottage from the sauna, the open-air bath, the huge terrace, the campfire places and the rowing boats. Your peace of mind is guaranteed, as there are no neighbors in the cottage. About 3 km away is a military training area, where you can sometimes hear explosions.

The yard building, with its own yard and terrace, is located in a rural area along the Kymijoki River, in the beautiful landscape of Siikakoski. This cozy place is just a 5-minute drive to services. Massive logs and wooden surfaces bring atmosphere to the upstairs bedroom and living room. Downstairs there is a small but well-equipped kitchen and a small bathroom/toilet. The parking space is in front of the door. During the summer, guests have access to the host's beach, where there is a swimming opportunity.

This room is named after the successful racehorse rider Kyra Kyrklund. Kyra was the goddaughter of the previous hostess of the house, Anita. Kyra spent a lot of time in Soiniity as a child and found her love for horses in Soiniity. Once upon a time, Kyra had an accident with Soiniity's cold-blooded Irja mare; she fell off the horse and hurt her hand. The room has a lot of horse-themed items, such as the riding boots of the house owner's grandfather, Jaeger Colonel Bjarne Nordenswan.
