A renovated two-room apartment (45m2) in Pieteettilä, with a bedroom, living room, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony. Sunila is a unique forest suburb designed by Alvar and Aino Aalto and a new part of the UNESCO World Heritage. The apartment is a terrace house without an elevator in Päölä, which was completed in 1939. It is about 13 km to the center of Kotka and about 3 km to Karhula. The apartment has been renovated to its most original state and is furnished according to the circular economy principle, mainly with furniture designed by Aalto.

The location is absolutely great, between the marina and the market square, both of which are a few minutes' walk away. The view from the apartment windows opens to the adjacent park. The apartment in the old stone house is quiet thanks to the solid walls, and is located on the west side of the house. Free parking either on the street or in the parking area at the port, where there is also a charging point for electric cars.
