Alpine Ridge is set on 3 acres of land, high up on a private road. From the house, you'll see the Bearpen Mountain Range across the valley. We designed and curated our home to be a perfect escape. Though remote, we are close to town for all the essentials: 5 mins to Prattsville, 15 mins from Windham and 25 mins from Hunter. The Lily Pad

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a separate one room king bed cottage, with a front porch, between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away (attached to our home for plumbing purposes). Enjoy the serenity of the ponds and birds. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. Fishing pole provided. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything.

Smack dab in the middle of main street, you've access to the towns bounty - farms, mountains & delicious fare.
