Amazing spot, great weekend, would happily come back in the future :)

The view was absolutely stunning and the environment was so peacefully quiet. The home is beautifully constructed and decorated with all the necessities and amenities. There’s plenty of space for the pups to run around safely, and the hot tub was amazing, especially with that view! William & Liz were excellent communicators and made the whole process incredibly simple. We’ll definitely be back!

We love staying at this peaceful and idyllic cabin. The property is very well maintained and true in character to its beautiful surroundings. We love the log fire, the hot tub and the beautiful garden full of wildlife. The area has plenty to do including great farmers markets, distillery with pizza truck and lots of walking and much more.

Amazing stay with incredible amenities! The house was super clean and spotless upon arrival. Beautiful property - you won’t want to leave! The host is super accommodating and provides thorough instructions for the amenities. Wonder is a thoughtful host and prepares you with all the tools/info you need to make your stay perfect. We used all three of the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna - it’s an immaculate setup. It rained most of our stay and the amenities kept us happily preoccupied all weekend.

We had such a lovely stay at the Zink cabin! The cabin was small but had everything we needed, and was extra-cozy. I was worried it would be cold, but the automatic fireplace worked like a charm and added such a nice cozy touch. The kitchen impressed us with the Nespresso machine and the modern cutlery and cookware. The hot tub and fire pit worked well and gave our weekend that relaxing luxe vibe, which is exactly what we were hoping for. My only comments would be that the road getting up to the cabin had a ton of huge potholes, and I just have a small sedan, so was a bit uneasy about that. The cabin is also very modern and automated, so finding the specific light switches, or learning how the Alexa controlled things took a slight learning curve. But overall, we had a very relaxing, comfortable, and cozy stay and would absolutely stay there again.

This was our second time staying at Rashmi‘s property and it was just as great as we remembered. The kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to make dinner at home, the views were amazing and it was so nice to hang out by the fire pit at night. Our dogs loved the backyard and there was a great farm stand just down the road. Rashmi was super responsive and flexible. She is an awesome host and we hope to book another stay soon!

We needed a few days to recharge and reconnect. We came across this home and instantly fell in love with it before we even arrived. Although the pictures look great, they don’t do the home justice. The tranquil surroundings, the views and the privacy was everything we needed. We have already started to recommend this home to our friends. We would love to come back soon.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, we thoroughly enjoyed our time! The whole space was just extremely cozy and in a pristine setting with the beautiful landscape around. The climate control was extremely easy to use especially since we stayed during a colder period. Overall a fantastic stay! The bathroom is a little small, but not really an issue!

A charming home, convenient to Woodstock and Phoenicia. We enjoyed the quiet, wooded setting (from inside you can hardly tell there are neighbors) and the cabin-like feel. Everything was very clean, Nickie's instructions to access the home were clear, and we very much appreciated that the place was dog friendly and that the main bedroom and the bathroom are on the main floor. The deck also has a gate, so had it not been so rainy, our dog could have hung out with us outside.

Would absolutely stay again! Really loved the way they've updated the space but kept the classic touches of the house. Huge well appointed kitchen with everything you could need. Peaceful outdoor space with lots of privacy. And overall a very spacious house that feels like you could have a big group without getting in each others way. Ryan & Lauren were super on it. Will definitely recommend to friends.

My wife, dog and I stayed four nights over Memorial Day. The home/cabin, was private, secluded, well-maintained, clean and very comfortable. Unfortunately, we had four days of rain and cool weather, but we never felt confined, bored, etc. The outdoor grill, inside wood burning stove, privacy, tv streaming options, large table for games, etc. made the trip very enjoyable, relaxing and fun. Also, it goes without saying, our AUD cattle dog, seemed to enjoy himself and there were many places on the property for him to explore. Finally, it was very quiet during the day and evening; whereby, there were no distractions or obstacles to relaxation or sleep.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, even instructions in case of bad weather. We felt so comfortable and relaxed during our stay. We would absolutely recommend staying here for a weekend getaway! Thanks so much to Kelsey for everything!

We had such a lovely time! The property is beautiful, and our dogs really enjoyed the peace and quiet and getting to spend time out in nature. The place is well-furnished and comes with all the amenities you could need, including cooking utensils, tea and coffee, condiments, bug spray, wood for the fire pit, games, and bowls for the dogs. Jeff and Sharon were very responsive and provided lots of helpful information for our trip.

We stayed a few nights in May. Mark's placed was clean and comfortable. The Balsam Lake Mountain trail is nearby and the views at the top are worth the 3hr round trip. The place is near the road but we counted only a few cars during our stay! Very peaceful. There are some delightful food options within easy drive, or stay home and cook in the well provisioned kitchen.

Yannick's place was a fantastic place to stay in the Catskills! It's located in an ideal location close to hiking, breweries, restaurants, etc. The house itself is clean and well decorated and they provide pretty much everything you need. My only gripe would be that there is no microwave (however, this is noted in the listing, so it was not a surprise); while I don't mind heating things up the old school way on a stove, there are certain things that just heat better in a microwave. And if a microwave is not provided, at least have some better nonstick pans (they were a bit of a pain bc everything stuck to them). In addition, it was hard to actually get to the stream (I think things were just overgrown and maybe it needs a trim back). But the beds are SO comfortable and overall the property is very serene, especially driving over the little bridge to the house with the stream. I would definitly recommend the place to anyone. My boyfriend and I had an absolutely incredible stay at The Teal Cabin. We were looking for something secluded, quiet, charming, and surrounded by the beautiful sights and sounds of nature. Was perfect for a weekend getaway and would also be a great stay with a small group of friends. We absolutely loved the deck space and enjoyed all the lovely bird sounds. 10/10, we hope to come back in the winter! We happened to be visiting during a crazy rainstorm with flooding in the area and definitely agree with the other reviews that the drive up to the cabin is pretty steep and rocky. We have a Jeep with 4 wheel drive so not a problem at all, but I would not necessarily recommend this location if you have a small car with poor pick-up. South Kortright and its neighboring towns are an absolute gem as well. This part of the Catskills is extremely underrated. Hao provided us with a wonderful list of recommendations of places to see/eat. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

We enjoyed the stay at the Farm Cabin! It was wonderful and the scenery was beautiful. We got an opportunity to see farm life and participate in the farm chores. Carrie and Cody were very welcoming and knowledgeable teaching us about the day to day on their farm. We also enjoyed the hay fort and tunnel that was built by their kids!

My wife and I were in need of a rustic retreat, and Jaclyn's cabin provided just that. Likely the best Airbnb experience we've had, the Outlander made us feel at home right away. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the old world charm of the cabin which also featured the modern amenities that kept us comfortable during our stay. Jaclyn and her co-hosts, Diane and Paul, were incredibly responsive and checked in regularly to make sure we had all that we needed. When our plans got rained out, Paul was kind enough to show us the maple syrup operation and give us a tour of the property's trails from the comfort of a covered side by side. Everything about the cabin, from the listing to the instructional videos and the local goodies, was incredibly thoughtful and intentional. It's always hard to end a vacation and return to reality, but it's rare to have a hard time saying goodbye to an accommodation, which was the case with the Outlander. Thank you, Jaclyn, Diane, and Paul!

The best weekend getaway space for when you need to be one with the nature. Super secluded. The property is well maintained, the perfect balance of seclusion while having all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. Gerry and Don were very responsive and helpful at every stage. The space was cleaned and heated before we arrived. Both Don and Gerry were friendly and proactive. Definitely recommend staying here.

My family and I stayed at cabin for Thanksgiving and had a great time. We unfortunately lost power for a few hours because of the snow storm but Matt was very responsive and made our stay comfortable. He brought over extra lamps and even brought over cookies and seeds for our kids. The power was back up later that evening. They made our Thanksgiving extra special and we will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

The cabin is adorable, spacious, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a cozy, rainy weekend in the woods. The wood stove works great for keeping the cabin warm and comfy in cooler temps. We absolutely loved the private setting and the natural beauty of the area is unmatched! Would love to come back!

What a slice of heaven! This place is the reason I love airbnb; the views were so beautiful and my dog loved roaming the property. It was pure serenity and I’m already planning my next trip back!

We had such a relaxing stay – it truly felt like home. We love canoeing and fishing on the lake, and our dog had the best time swimming and playing fetch by the water. There was a great table for doing puzzles, we used the grill one night for a perfect dinner. The area, hon, just the right amount of local charm with bookstores, antiques, and quiet spots to explore – nothing overly touristy, which we really appreciated. Next time, we might bring a bug net to sit under as the gnats were a pest, but that didn’t hinder our stay at this wonderful vacation home! Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway.
