The bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes or a walk-in closet. The living room has a couch and a modern LED TV with DVD player. In the adjoining kitchen you can cook well, everything necessary is ready for you. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. In the attic there are two large separate bedrooms with double beds. For families with baby, we are happy to provide a travel cot for free. The accommodation is currently being decorated and the interior renewed so you have a nice stay. The apartment has Wi-Fi. In just a few minutes there are all the shops for daily needs (REWE, landmakers / bakery, pharmacy, medical center, bank, etc.). The bathing lake ("Kaarster See") with two beaches is nearby (5min by car, 25min walk) and in the summer the perfect place to relax. The district of Kaarst Vorst is quite - compared to Kaarst - without the aircraft noise.

The access is from the shared courtyard and in the back you can enjoy the garden. The covered gate area is ideal to park bicycles and motorbikes.

Schiefbahn has its own highway exit and is therefore ideally connected to Düsseldorf City, airport and trade fair (20 minutes), Mönchengladbach (15 minutes) and Krefeld (20 minutes). Beautiful 1-room apartment (ground floor) in the old building with separate kitchen-living room and bright modern shower room with window. The room has a double bed (1.80 m), TV and free Wi-Fi. Towels are changed weekly, linens every 14 days. In the courtyard there is a seating area (for smokers). Free public parking is available on the surrounding streets. Good public transport connections (buses, 2.5 km to Neusser train station), shopping and laundromat nearby.

In the apartment there is a double bed and an excellent sofa bed by Bali (each 140 wide). Arrival by 10 pm, the courtyard gate is closed at night. Renting for single nights is only possible in exceptional cases, renting to 3 + 4 people only from 3 nights. Cot and high chair cost €3 extra each. No shutters or blinds. NO SMOKING!

It is a whole apartment on the second floor in a detached house. Communication only takes place via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 must be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to park two bikes safely. For additional towels and bed linen, we charge a usage fee of €5.00 per person.
