The accommodation is currently being decorated and the interior renewed so you have a nice stay. The apartment has Wi-Fi. In just a few minutes there are all the shops for daily needs (REWE, landmakers / bakery, pharmacy, medical center, bank, etc.). The bathing lake ("Kaarster See") with two beaches is nearby (5min by car, 25min walk) and in the summer the perfect place to relax. The district of Kaarst Vorst is quite - compared to Kaarst - without the aircraft noise.

The rooms (38 m²) are on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.
