Dear guests, We rent out our approx. 70 sqm trade fair/project/holiday apartment (upper floor & attic, detached two-family house). The highway (A 52) is 4 minutes away, 15-20 minutes to Düsseldorf, the trade fair and Mönchengladbach. On the first floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, hallway as well as the bright, large living room (32 sqm) and adjoining loggia. On the top floor is the bedroom with a view of the fields (sunset). The loggia (south-facing) overlooking the garden invites you to linger.

Newly renovated 50-square-meter attic apartment in a well-connected suburb of Neuss. The A57 and A46 highways can be reached in a few minutes. S-Bahn towards Düsseldorfer Messe (approx. 50 minutes), downtown (approx. 20 min) & the airport (around 40 min), Cologne center (about 40 min), as well as a bus towards Düsseldorf Uni, within walking distance. Bus connection right outside the door. Taubental industrial park 1 km away. The entire apartment was renovated in 2023, including new windows and a new bathroom.

Make yourself comfortable at your desk and use the high-speed internet to work on the go.

The rooms (38 m²) are on the 2nd floor of the house. The apartment is not self-contained. It consists of a large living/sleeping room, kitchen, storage room and bathroom. Everything is available for self-catering. The washing machine and dryer can be used for a small fee. For personal reasons, I only rent the apartment to female guests and couples. In exceptional cases, more than 2 people are possible for an extra charge. Bookings can only be made with a verified ID.

Euer home away from home befindet sich im Herzen Schiefbahns am Niederrhein. Schiefbahn hat eine eigene Autobahnausfahrt und ist somit ideal an Düsseldorf City, Flughafen und Messe (20 Minuten), Mönchengladbach (15 Minuten) und Krefeld (20 Minuten) angebunden. The apartment is centrally located in Düsseldorf - Friedrichstadt. The apartment consists of a dining and living area with a sofa bed (with a continuous mattress) and a bedroom. - Smart TV and balcony. In the separate bedroom there is a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. There's a bright, large desk there, too. There, the 3rd person can sleep on the extra bed. The beds are already made and towels are ready.

Wonderful, recently built 2-room granny annexe, app. 42 qm, fully furnished, tasteful decoration, with own terrace and garden and with private entrance door. Ideal place to stay for students, fitters, business or holiday guests. Quiet and rural surrounding, located in Grevenbroich-Neukirchen. Bedroom is basically equipped with a single-bed, an additional double bed (sofa) is located at the living room .

60 sqm upstairs apartment with roof terrace

Our apartment is located in the garden suburb of Neuss-Reuschenberg. The A57, A46, A52 and A44 highways can be reached quickly by car. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. The Erft, green areas, children's farm and the sauna area Well-Neuss, indoor swimming pool and ice stadium are 5-10 minutes walk. Public transport, such as various bus lines and the S11, are in the immediate vicinity.

Unsere Unterkunft ist im Herbst 2020 komplett neu ausgebaut worden. Das Bad, die Küche, der Boden, die Wände - es ist alles neu. Im Ort sind ein REWE und ein Netto fussläufig erreichbar. Es gibt Pizzerien und sonstige Gastronomie. Man ist in wenigen Minuten auf der Autobahn A 46 und A 57 Richtung Köln, Düsseldorf, Neuss und Mönchengladbach.
