Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Shops and restaurants as well as takeaways are within walking distance. On the ground floor was the kitchen, bathroom and hallway. Upstairs is the bedroom as well as a couch with TV (Smart TV). Wifi is available. To do this, the property has an Expressi coffee machine, a hob, microwave and refrigerator.

In exceptional cases, more than 2 people possible at an extra cost. Reservations only with ID verified.

It's an entire apartment on the first floor in a single-family house. Communication is only via Airbnb. An accommodation fee of €3 has to be paid to the city of Kaarst since 1.1.2025. The apartment is not suitable for children under 12. It is possible to store two bicycles securely. For additional towels and bedding we charge a usage fee of €5,00 per person.

Unsere Unterkunft ist im Herbst 2020 komplett neu ausgebaut worden. Das Bad, die Küche, der Boden, die Wände - es ist alles neu. Im Ort sind ein REWE und ein Netto fussläufig erreichbar. Es gibt Pizzerien und sonstige Gastronomie. Man ist in wenigen Minuten auf der Autobahn A 46 und A 57 Richtung Köln, Düsseldorf, Neuss und Mönchengladbach.
