We built the houses with love, emphasizing minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Sitting above a beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. You can relax in the new Finnish sauna (separate charge).

Bavarian Forest Chalet Kaitersberg with sauna and garden

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Sankt Englmar Bavarian Forest View -II

This is a refurbished apartment with a fantastic view – perfect for enjoying the sunset. Located in the Bavarian Forest, within the Predigtstuhl Resort. The resort offers a wide range of facilities, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, saunas, gym, playgrounds etc – ideal for couples and families with kids. The surrounding area has plenty to offer all year round – countless hiking and cycling routes, ski and cross-country trails, a climbing park, nearby amusement parks, and much more.

1-room apartment with air-con, garage, pool and Aktivcard Bavaria forrest, 35 square meters for two people, with an extra bed available for another person. One box spring bed 180 x 200 cm and one 100 x 200 cm both with topper. The small kitchen has a microwave, fridge, ceramic hob, coffee machine for pods, milk frother, as well as cutlery and crockery. WLAN and satellite TV for bad weather days. Skiing, mountain biking, climbing forest, summer toboggan run and other leisure activities nearby.

Relaxed days in nature, away from stress and hustle and bustle. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

The mountain hut was built using regional craftsmanship from local spruce trunks, in the Canadian log cabin style. The house is individually and lovingly furnished down to the last detail. Our own Starlink system provides you with high-speed internet. Bringing pets is possible by arrangement. Spa tax Adults (> 16 years) 2.30 EUR / day Children & young people (6 – 16 years) 1.40 / day People with a GDB of 80% or more and their accompanying person are exempt from the spa tax.

Newly renovated apartment, lovingly decorated and designed, a mix of Space Age and minimalism. Breathtaking sunsets and sky moods, even with Alpine views in clear weather. The apartment is located in a large, once architecturally groundbreaking holiday resort from the 1970s (The Bauwelt of 1973 is in the apartment). In summer with hammock and outdoor pool, in winter with indoor pool and saunas. There is also a fitness center in the house. Everything is included.

The fully equipped kitchen combines functionality with a feel-good atmosphere and perfectly rounds off your time out.

Mountain cabin on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
