The cottage has an outdoor wellness area with a Finnish sauna and a bathing barrel with a hot tub. Great starting point for hiking in the beautiful surroundings, or for biking. Great for fishermen and mushroom pickers. There are 3 dams around 3 kilometers. Sedlická 38ha, Trnávka 100ha and Vřesník 8ha. The cottage stands right on the banks of the Želivka River, where you can also fish.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and a pond. Located in a picturesque corner of the Highlands,on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. The surroundings are full of interesting and pleasant things, Lipnice nad Sázavou castle,quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished,comfortable for two people.Evaluated romantics and lovers of old times.

Building (loft) with a usable area of about 50m2. This is a room with an open floor with a bed under which the bathroom is located. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, toddler and travel crib. The layout is 1+kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or business trip. They also like to use larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches.

We offer apartment with two rooms, toilet and litl entrance hall. There are two double beds. Kitchen is fully equipped. We can offer parking place, garage for the bicycles and fireplace. The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
