We really liked everything, the apartment corresponds to the description, convenient location of the apartment. Tengiz is a pleasant, friendly person!

The apartment is great, nice renovation, bathroom with shower cabin, everything is clean, there is air condition, iron, washing machine, large dining table, has everything for cooking. Fast internet. The apartment is located on the second floor, the windows overlook the quiet courtyard. The city center with cafes and the shore is about a 15-minute walk, there are grocery stores nearby. Elene is responsive, attentive hostess, always available. I had a great stay here and would recommend this.

The property is located close to the seaside, making it easy to walk to the beach in swimsuits. The beach is sandy with few people even during high season. The sea is shallow, perfect for kids, and a lifeguard tower is located directly near the entrance to the beach, providing an additional level of comfort for parents. There are a few restaurants nearby and a small shop in proximity, but for larger purchases, you will need to drive to Poti. The property is tidy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It's a great spot for a relaxed family vacation.

Nice clean apartment. Cozy. At the very strategic place. Near the promenade, a large area for walking and entertainment. Shops are also in a walking distance. Everything in the apartment was to live comfortably. The apartment itself is spacious, bright.

Staying at their house is amazing, perfect stay for a transit tourist like me. The room is big, quiet, clean and lovely. they have washing machine and iron that I can use and the beach is just a walking distance. Going to Batumi Central Bus is easier as it is very close to the house. Thank you so much for hosting airbnb room and I will definitely come back!

Our stay at their lovely residence was truly delightful. The location, with its proximity to the sea and Batumi as a whole, was fantastic. The property provided all the essential amenities, and the outdoor kitchen added a charming touch to the place. All in all, it was a perfect experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it, giving it a 10/10 rating.

Yard is much better, then o photos. Our kids spent a lot of time there and really enjoyed it. Tinatin and Ilya are great hosts and super nice. They are living in the house next door and are always ready to help you with any issues.

It was a great stay. Staff is very helpful, place is cozy and peaceful neighborhood.

The house is very clean, the mattresses and pillows are comfortable and new, the house has several bedrooms, each with its own shower and toilet, a shared kitchen with everything you need for cooking dishes, and a beautiful veranda overlooking the sea and the sunset, which can accommodate all guests. There is a grill in the yard with everything you need. The hostess Nona was very helpful, all the wishes of the guests were fulfilled, an early check-in was provided free of charge. We had a very good rest and felt like home. Thank you for everything!

I really liked it! Very spacious and bright apartment. The bathroom is a separate luxury! The fireplace works great and doesn't smoke. There is a nice citrus garden on the premises. The surrounding area is very picturesque. Overlooking the sunset. We came with 2 dogs. Thanks to the responsive hosts Sergei and Natalia! We plan to come for a longer stay :)

Very cozy house in the very center of Batumi. The room is clean and spacious, has all the necessary amenities for your stay. The hosts are very kind and hospitable people. I will definitely stay with them again when I visit Georgia.

It’s a very beautiful place to stay! We got tasty food and Zebur guided us to the waterfall and the top of the mountain. However I’d recommend to call Zebur to confirm booking, because he‘s not very familiar with the the platform yet and it’s better to communicate with him in person or via messenger to clarify the details. Definitely coming back again!

a bit noisy due to traffic, but taxi and Marshrutka in front of the door, as well as shopping and food; bird watching possible from the roof, but distances very large. It is close to the BRC stations Shuamta or Sakhalvasho and halfway by taxi; bolt works here
