Lovely home,close to the seaside, just 250 meters away! In a small hill, with a wonderful sea view and a constant fresh sea breeze. You have access to the entire second floor with a separate entrance,three bedrooms, a huge hall, a kitchen with a bathroom and a balcony. Each bedroom has panoramic sea views from each bedroom. All bedrooms have two comfortable beds with the option to add one more bed. + In the hall, the corner folds out and turns into a bed for two! and a smart TV with a flat screen.

Stay at Sofya's place was wonderful. Location is really nice and calm, we got a view on sea and botanical garden from our balcony. Everything was like on photos. Place was clean and tidy. Sofya is hospitable host, always eager to help! I recommend to stay here!

Nice clean apartment. Cozy. At the very strategic place. Near the promenade, a large area for walking and entertainment. Shops are also in a walking distance. Everything in the apartment was to live comfortably. The apartment itself is spacious, bright.

At first when we arrived at midnight We had trouble finding the place, and because of communication difficulties it wasn’t easy to get there But then everything went well and the host was very friendly and kind The place was clean although they didn’t have air conditioning in the rooms but they had it in the living room, it wasn’t bad for me because the weather was amazing Both the host and her daughter were super nice even though they didn’t speak English, the house was close to everything you could need and far from Batumi center about 20 mins Everything was amazing and smooth thanks to the host and probably if i ever come to batumi again i will book here

Everything is in very good condition. Good transport links to Batumi and elsewhere are also provided. The place is highly recommended.

I'm very happy. I spent New Year here and I felt very welcome. The apartment is clean and quiet. Also secure, because it's inside the family home (upstairs). I was also able to easily park my car. The large balcony is excellent, and this must be the best view of Batumi.

That’s the best accommodation in near Batumi you can find! Great view on the whole coast, excellent host, quite place, 15 minutes to the beach, shops nearby!

It’s a very beautiful place to stay! We got tasty food and Zebur guided us to the waterfall and the top of the mountain. However I’d recommend to call Zebur to confirm booking, because he‘s not very familiar with the the platform yet and it’s better to communicate with him in person or via messenger to clarify the details. Definitely coming back again!
