Five people stayed with a family, there was enough space in the apartment for everyone, the apartment has everything you need. The location of the apartment is very good – close to shops, park, not far from the sea. Hosts are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We liked the apartment.

The host met us on time. Check-in went well. The house was cleaned, the pool was very clean. Everything was as described and photographed. The beds in the rooms were made, towels were prepared. All necessary utensils are available in sufficient quantities, excellent barbecue area. I recommend this place.

We had a delightful stay at Natia's apartment in Batumi. Perfectly situated in the heart of old Batumi, it's a mere stone's throw from Piazza Batumi and a brief walk to the sea and main attractions. The surrounding area boasts numerous bars and restaurants, adding to the overall experience. The two-level apartment is a blend of comfort and modern style. Immaculately clean, its well-thought-out design ensures privacy even with multiple guests. Every amenity we needed was available, making our stay hassle-free. Natia proved to be an exceptional host, promptly addressing any minor issues we encountered. A word of caution: the central location means nights can be a tad noisy. However, the convenience and charm of the place more than make up for it. If you're seeking a prime location and comfort in Batumi, we highly recommend Natia's place.

The apartment was very clean, had all the necessary amenities, is close to the sea and central locations in the city. The owner was super attentive, called several times to check if we had everything we needed, even left is coins for the lift that lasted us a week. Even if the apartment is located in the older building, it is newly renovated and there is no dampness. Recommended place to stay.

We would like to express our gratitude to Maike and her husband Duka for their hospitality. We were greeted early in the morning at the airport and helped to reach the apartment, told us where the best beaches are to go, and what to try. We were constantly in touch and helped with all the issues that arose. We stayed with a group of four and were very satisfied. The apartment fully corresponds to the description and photos. The sea is a 15-minute walk away. There are little shops, several pharmacies nearby. The big super market is a 10-15 minute walk away. We had no problem getting to the Old Batumi by almost any minibus for 0.5 gel (10 minutes drive) without any problems. Even though we were not very lucky with the weather, we had a wonderful vacation, in particular thanks to Maike and Duki. Thank you so much for the great stay!

House as in the photos. Situated in the common area with other holiday homes. The hostess lives in the next house and always helped on arising questions. Where is everything you need in house. In the backyard a cozy location with a table and a hammock. To the beach 5 minutes walk. To the central market 5 minutes walk. Very pleasant owners!

With Nino’s approach the check-in experience was just lovely. Nino waited for us, welcomed us, gave useful instructions. The apartment is very spacious, well equipped, perfectly located within 5 mins away from the sea. Totally recommend Nino’s guest house.

We reached earlier than expected and checked in 4 hours earlier. It was easy to find. The location was good and 5 minutes walk to the sea shore, surrounded by markets for daily grocery needs. Kristina was responsive, we felt at home.

We had an amazing stay at Anna's. The house is in a beautiful village, not far from Kintrishi Nature Reserve and you can see a stunning sunset from the house. It is a very spacious house with huge outdoor areas. Very Highly recommended for anyone who is traveling by car and wants to stay near amazing nature, outside the city noise but still within a short driving distance to great beaches like Tsikhisdziri beaches

We had a fantastic experience staying at Tamara's place. Even on short notice, she was incredibly accommodating and made the booking process effortless. Communication was smooth and straightforward. The apartment itself is as lovely and cozy as described, providing a comfortable space that truly felt like a home away from home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

It’s a lovely home to stay in Kobuleti. Quiet, comfortable and have everything for great vacation. Lot of local shops nearby and not far from the sea. Totally recommend!

wonderful place! we arrived late at night and the hostess made us dinner, it was very pleasant, as if we were really visiting. very cozy house, 5 minutes from a secluded beach, 2 minutes to all shops. Thanks a lot!

The Luxury of simple things. That is exactly what we would describe living in this appartment. Nothing extraordinary, nothing ultra modern, and still everything you may need for comfortable rest. We appreciated a really big balcony to dry washed things on the open-air or watching fontain in the evening. A lot of cutlery and plates in the kitchen, bedding, towels and a lot of space `to store your clothes. The market and the super-market are easy to reach in maximum 5 minutes walk. Not far from the railway station (not more than 7-10 minutes by bus). And there is a park with attrations on the other side (about 10 minutes by bus). As to minuses, there were little problems with a tap in a bathroom. We described them to the host, sowe are sure they would be solved. And a little bit noisy street.

The apartment is in a perfect location, there is a central swimming pool, sea, restaurant, well-maintained area nearby, security, animation is super, I didn't want to leave

The apartment is great and there is everything you need. Terrace with garden view is our love))) Swimming pool is very close, which is a big plus for those who are relaxing with children. There are many playgrounds and a soccer field. A water park has been opened that you can visit at an additional cost. In general, this is a very comfortable option for a holiday in Georgia by the sea. Svetlana is a very nice girl, upon arrival she showed the whole territory ,gave small advice, was always in touch and answered questions. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Clean cozy apartment, very comfortable homemade bed, kitchen has all the necessary amenities. The hostess is friendly, actively communicates, gives recommendations and resolves any issues that arise. The territory of the complex is beautiful and well-maintained, the beach is cleaned, sunbeds are convenient. The sea entrance is rocky and I recommend taking your shoes for swimming. In September, the water park did not work every day (the slides agreed to launch only when more than 10 visitors will be recruited), the cinema and most of the slot machines worked, there are no balls for children in the bowling alley. It's possible that the service is better during the season.

Apartment in a large separate complex, right on the shore, with developed infrastructure (swimming pools, restaurants, water park). Due to a short stay, we did not have time to use all the pleasant bonuses of living in this place )) but already one terrace, well furnished and huge size was enough to enjoy the sea and the sound of the surf.

A super beautiful place to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the city, a nice rustic cabin with a chic view of the mountains. But the biggest plus of this house is the people who live nearby, very hospitable and with a pure heart, now it is difficult to meet such people.
