The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an old St. Petersburg house that survived the blockade. Nearby is Frunzenskaya metro station. Alexandra was quick to respond to questions, explained everything in detail. We were met by Natalia, Alexandra's mother, a friendly sweet woman. She has two curious cats. You can use the kitchen. We stayed for 2 days, everything was fine.

Really wonderful hosts, always happy to help. The garden was really nice and peaceful for working and reading in and the main metro station is just 5 min away.

The apartment is great, nice renovation, bathroom with shower cabin, everything is clean, there is air condition, iron, washing machine, large dining table, has everything for cooking. Fast internet. The apartment is located on the second floor, the windows overlook the quiet courtyard. The city center with cafes and the shore is about a 15-minute walk, there are grocery stores nearby. Elene is responsive, attentive hostess, always available. I had a great stay here and would recommend this.

We stayed at Lali’s apartment for a week and it was lovely. The location is perfect for going out into the city, grocery shops are nearby, as well as cafes. The apartment was warm even during the rainy and cold weather. The place had everything we needed – internet was stable and fast, we also used the washing machine. Lali was eager to answer our questions if they arose, helped out and at some point she even brought us tea with pancakes. Thank you!

Zhana’s place had everything we needed for a one-night stay. The common room was especially memorable, filled with unique artifacts that brought back childhood memories. Definitely recommend for a short stay!

The property is located close to the seaside, making it easy to walk to the beach in swimsuits. The beach is sandy with few people even during high season. The sea is shallow, perfect for kids, and a lifeguard tower is located directly near the entrance to the beach, providing an additional level of comfort for parents. There are a few restaurants nearby and a small shop in proximity, but for larger purchases, you will need to drive to Poti. The property is tidy and equipped with all the necessary amenities. It's a great spot for a relaxed family vacation.

Staying at their house is amazing, perfect stay for a transit tourist like me. The room is big, quiet, clean and lovely. they have washing machine and iron that I can use and the beach is just a walking distance. Going to Batumi Central Bus is easier as it is very close to the house. Thank you so much for hosting airbnb room and I will definitely come back!

That was great stay! The house is right near the see, the beach is clean. There is also private yard and terrace with ability to make bbq. Parking is also possible. There are a LOT of beach furniture including beach loungers, so you can grab plastic table and many chairs right to the beach and enjoy the sunset with wine! Check-in was quick. The house inside was clean, but with light moldy smell (that's common in Georgia). It has big kitchen with dining area, three bathrooms/wc, 3 bedrooms (3 beds, 2 beds, 2 beds + a couple of folding beds) on the second floor and 1 sofa on the first floor. We enjoyed our stay a lot! Recommend it!

This was one of the best Airbnb experiences I've ever had. Aleqsandre and her family are wonderful. Specifically Aleqsandre's mother was an absolutely lovely woman. She prepared meals for us every day and it was some of the best food we had while in Georgia. Which is saying a lot because the food in this country is outstanding to begin with. I honestly could've stayed in this home for a month. It was an unforgettable experience and we felt completely at home. I highly recommend staying here.

Very helpful and hospitable hosts. A beautiful property with lots of fruit and vegetables. We can even harvest. Great, sweet dogs. The accommodation is very well equipped for long-term stays. Everything is in very good condition. Good transport links to Batumi and elsewhere are also provided. The place is highly recommended.

The room is very clean, very comfortable, there is a very good kitchen, the landlord and his wife are very nice, they helped us with a lot of questions, the rooftop has a very nice view, it takes only seven minutes to walk to the church, it is recommended to choose here.

Staying at Anna’s place was the best decision for our trip to Borjomi. If you have a car, this is the perfect spot. The house feels like home - warm, cozy, and full of soul. Everything we needed was there: kitchen, shower, washing machine, parking. It’s very clean, beautifully designed, and way better than any hotel. We booked just an hour before arrival with no issues. Anna was incredibly kind and helpful. Truly my best rental experience - thank you!

The city itself is quiet and peaceful. There is no noise, loud music from the cafe. On the territory of the guest house there is an apple tree, pear, persimmon, nuts. The hostess lamented the cafe Veranda. There is a very tasty chicken in pesto sauce. We went from there to Pitsunda and Primorskoe. Be careful about Gudauta driving Giguli with red headlights from the front and back, look carefully, don't let yourself be fooled

The house needs cleaning. There were a lot of live and dead cockroaches. And also bats were flying inside. We had a blast because we felt we were sleeping in a haunted house: and it was halloween 🎃.

Exactly what we were hoping for staying with a group of friends in the Lagodekhi area for a couple days. The place was very clean, with a beautiful garden. And the hosts were by far the most welcoming I’ve ever had at an Airbnb. Five stars is not enough!

Good place, awesome host

We had a lovely time at Nina's with our guests and the other guests. The house overlooks the village is very nice, all the food is homemade, the mountains are beautiful.
