Final cleaning DKK 850, - per stay. A wood basket is supplied with firewood, please bring your own wood. You pay for consumption according to the meter, electricity is DKK 3.79 per kWh. I reserve the right to raise the price, water is DKK 79 per m3, the landlord reads the meter at check-in and check-out and sends a charge for actual consumption after check-out.

Only 350 yards walk to a beautiful hiking trail in the forest on the edge of the slope to the sea. Furnished with cozy furniture, flea market finds and new mixed. NOTE! The house is located in a hilly terrain with lots of trees and "wild on purpose." There is peace! You will find the house bright, romantic and cozy, located on a large natural plot of 1400 m2. The house is older, small, but well decorated. There are 2 bedrooms in the house and an annex. On the property, there is a fireplace and a trampoline and swings. An exciting cabin in one of the treetops may also tempt you to play and have fun. To the south, there is a large covered wooden terrace, so you can always sit in shelter and shelter.

The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

The house is simple and tastefully decorated and ideal for a romantic weekend, vacation with small or older children, as a work retreat or just a place to immerse yourself in a quiet environment close to nature. The house is really nicely located on the property with a fantastic view over the seasons in Mols Bjerge. There is a large kitchen/living room and living room with wood stove, bathroom and three nice rooms with bunk or double beds. There is a huge terrace to the south and west around the house.
