Uniquely located 170 meters from the most beautiful and best sandy beach in Aarhus. Perfect combination of holiday with beach and city. The house is stylish and well laid out for a wonderful family holiday where you can listen to the waves on the terrace, play football, jump on the trampoline in the large garden and rinse off the sand under the outdoor shower. Great location and big new modern house. Right on the water, shopping and culture. Perfect for gathering the family or for the summer holidays in Denmark. The house has 6 rooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large and spacious living room with kitchen and sofa group, utility room and 1 smaller living room in the loft. There is 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There is a large patio with covered terrace as well as gas grill for the late night hours. There is also a petanque court and a trampoline for children.

The house is located on the beach with private access. Spectacular views over the bay. The beach is good for kids as it’s shallow and easy. The house is 125 m2 on two floors. It has two separate bedrooms and a single bed on the repos. A large kitchen and living room. Bathroom with washing machine. The area is quiet and sought after by both danish and foreign holidaymakers. Close by is a little marina. Shopping five kilometres away. Heating included and wood for fireplace provided in winter.

Delicious and secluded, but above all, a cozy summerhouse with only 80 meters to one of Denmark's finest beaches. The house is 64 sqm divided on two levels. Outside there are two terraces and a grass area with the most beautiful view of the sea and forest. 15 min walk from a cozy marina with restaurants and ice cream stalls. Small 4 km to Grenaa city center which has a nice selection of cafes and restaurants and cultural experiences.

The house has a nice big kitchen, dining room, living room and two double bedrooms and a children's room with a single bed (elevation). In addition, the bathroom with a walk-in shower. Closed fenced garden and lovely patio with garden fireplace where there is always shelter. Nice sandy beach with jetty.
