The Ocean House

Come and enjoy Molsbjerge and the unique location in Knebel, with a view of the sunset and coffee in the sun on the terrace. The grounds are surrounded by untouched fields with cattle. And only a little walk along the gravel path to the ocean. The house is located on the property where we live, with its own small terrace overlooking the sea and nature. On the grounds live chickens, cats, and a few ducks that roam freely. The house is fine for 2 people but can accommodate 3. If you are a couple with children, the home can also accommodate this. First row to Dragsmur Beach. View of Begtrup Vig. 5000m² natural plot with paths and hills in the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park. There are many places with shelter on the property and a campfire site. The house is tucked away behind the hill Ormebjerg, but with a short distance (100m) to lovely Dragsmur Beach. This offers nice bathing conditions. There are also good fishing opportunities. The house is from 2017 and is on two staggered levels. There's a trampoline and a homemade soccer goal. Here are all the opportunities for outdoor activities.

It is flooded with sun from the large green garden with both south and west-facing terraces and there is only a 100-meter walk to the sea view, as well as a beautiful hiking trail in the forest edge on the edge of the slope to the sea.

Child-friendly beach is about 150 m from the house, where you can swim, play and enjoy the view of the Aarhus Bay. Three rooms: 5-6 people. Small but well-functioning kitchen. Closed garden, covered terrace with gas grill. The area has great opportunities for walking and cycling. By car, there is easy access to Mols Bjerge, Ebeltoft, Aarhus and Djursland. The old bank has been transformed into a stylish and family-friendly apartment with room for the whole family. Here you can gather in the large bright kitchen or retreat to one of the spacious rooms. The apartment is ideal for the extended family or two families who are on vacation together. The apartment also has a large activity room with pool table and foosball, as well as a play area for the smaller children. Outside, there are barbecue facilities and table bench sets and a garden for the children to play in.
