The house was as shown in the pictures, the pool was just great, great seating in the garden. Our grandson was able to romp around on the meadow, extremely quiet location. The house was great, towels, bath towels were provided. Drinks were available for us in the fridge. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Bathroom in good condition, storage facilities available. The living-dining room was very spacious and the couch very comfortable. We really enjoyed our vacation. I can only recommend it.

It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

Everything was so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail — you can really tell that the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. We had such a great time: grilled some delicious barbecue, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’d love to come back again!

We spent New Year’s Eve in Beatrix’s villa in Vienna and we had an amazing time. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms and we had everything we needed. The place is very clean, private and close to several bus lines that took us to Ottakring Subway Station. All in all we had a great vacation in Vienna.

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The place is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically equipped. There are numerous ways to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right outside the front door there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach Vienna city center in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets very close by. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. Electric charging station for cars just 100 meters away.

Around it was a very good stay. Exploring Vienna from this location worked great. Some furnishings are slowly coming to their end of life. But for a place to stay and stay is perfectly fine.

A genuine normal house, not one of those of apartment-like products that you find these days. The host is a real person, nice and helpful. Plus a fantastic location if you're looking for the "green Vienna" experience. Probably my best airbnb stay ever.

We had a very nice time at Seds place. From check-in to departure, everything worked out and we felt very much at home. The living space is very spacious with a beautiful view of the sunset. Communication with the host was outstanding and went smoothly. We can only recommend the accommodation and would book it again on a renewed trip.

The location is fantastic for hiking in the vineyards and visiting Heurigen. Easy to walk to restaurants and parks, and about 45 min to the center taking public transport. Linens and towels and basic items are provided. Be sure to bring your own cooking supplies and Nescafé coffee pods and milk for the nice coffee machine.

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

Wonderful hospitality, wonderful, excellently equipped accommodation. We felt great!

This house is not exactly small, but it invites you to linger. It's really nice, yes, believe me, the garden is incredible here. Birdsong, a stream that rushes, in the evening you listen to the frogs and roses bloom, - my heart laughs with this great color. You're a guest here, so be prepared It's their home, not yours If you are looking for peace and quiet, and don't need a word, then come here to this place. The Badner Bahn and that makes sense, takes you quickly to any place. I loved it here, happiness lives here, I'd love to come back. Chanel
