Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kitsap County

This was heaven for our three family vacation with kids! Great beach for treasures, the sport-court was right next to the house and such an awesome, unique feature for basketball and bike riding (there was pickleball too!), hot tub, and seriously comfy couches, with a well-laid out living/dining/kitchen space. Three bedrooms are on one side of the house, with a hall bath shared by 2 rooms. One of those rooms and the 3rd, primary suite face onto the deck with straight water views. All three are nice rooms. The kids room (two single beds and a trundle) is on the other side of the house with the main living space and another bathroom with shower (felt separated enough from the main space). The property was big and quiet, with a couple other houses on it farther down the waterfront, and the dock was down by the other houses, not in front of this rental, which wasn’t clear from the photos. Same with the swings, but it was a nice stroll. It all felt private and peaceful. Highly recommend!

I do not think there are enough words to describe how absolutely incredible Matthew's home is! Myself and 6 other girls spent the week here for a girls getaway and every single one of us could not stop 'oooo-ing & awwww'-ing' at every space. The home itself looks as if it came straight out of a novel but the property! Oh my gosh!!! Getting to be tucked away in the gorgeous scenic town of Kingston, while also not being too far from amazing restaurants and other amenities was pure perfection. We all took daily walks around the property and loved the high end retreat vibe that the home itself gives. We truly made some life long memories and cannot thank Matt enough for allowing us the opportunity to get to stay here. He was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay and we are all already talking about when we can come back; especially when the lavender field is in full bloom!! Thank you again, Matt!!

The property was scenic and peaceful. I booked this weekend for my birthday and it turned out to be also the weekend I was celebrating the life of my bestfriend who had passed away a month ago. Chad was more than just a host to us. He was wonderful, always available and we were able to meet him in person! He went above and beyond to have a birthday cake for me at check in and just so kind and helpful. Thank You Chad! We can’t wait to make it back out and check out his other listings!

Hands down the best airbnb we have ever stayed at! Perfect in every way! Shannon was the perfect host and went beyond the call of duty to make us feel welcomed and answer my questions and ensure we were comfortable. We only wish we had more time to enjoy this beautiful home and location. Perhaps next year!

What a beautiful location to stay with family! The Sound and Mt Rainier views were stunning. A rocky beach was just a short walk down the road from the house with an amazing array of driftwood. We were able to explore part of the Olympic National Forest, a botanical garden, and light house visit. Plenty of indoor/outdoor seating. My adult children enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings. The contemporary style home had beautiful wood/stone/tile/brick features. We spotted seals from the lookout deck near the edge of the bluff as well as bald eagles and some herons. A very restful experience giving us time to reconnect as a family. We appreciate Justin and Lauren letting us stay at their home/sanctuary.

The views from Rachel’s place were incredible! Not many places you can see a seal from your couch. Sitting in the hot tub in the rain watching the water was precisely why we picked this place. Pretty easy to get to from the ferry and only an hour from Bainbridge made this very accessible. I will say I’d recommend a higher clearance vehicle, the driveways were a little tricky in a sedan. Rachel was great, very responsive and actually dropped off a couple things we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our pups as we were visiting family in the area over the holidays. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and very private. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings, and were very comfortable. Angela added very thoughtful touches throughout the house, for us and for the pups. This is a great place to stay!

This is the second time we have stayed here and we feel right at home. Bed is very comfortable with nice sheets, kitchen and bathroom are well stocked, nice selection of towels and the hot tub is private. Gary and Kim helped me book the days I needed and they are always so communicative. We hope to stay here again!

This is a fantastic place for a large gathering—we enjoyed every moment of our stay! The location is peaceful and quiet, with the nearest neighbor at a comfortable distance, offering plenty of privacy. One of the highlights was spotting lots of seals lounging close to the cottage—a delightful and unique experience. The space is well-maintained, cozy, and perfect for creating lasting memories. Whether you're relaxing indoors or exploring the beautiful surroundings, this place offers a perfect escape. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

My wife and I spent a week at Pinecone Cottage and had the most amazing time. The lake is serene and picturesque and the cabin itself was fantastic. We ended up staying in most days instead of going into town, and loved every single second relaxing in the house. I would absolutely come back the moment I am able as this is a fantastic location for a truly relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Had a great time staying here! The space was super clean, and the loft was especially cozy. The hosts were very responsive and helpful, which I appreciated a lot.

One of if not the best Places we’ve ever stayed!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. I only wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy it all. It’s beautiful and serene which we needed after many days of driving. Would highly recommend. Also the beds were very comfortable.

The lodge was perfect for our group of adults and kids. We cooked dinner every night in their chef kitchen and took advantage of the large dining table . The kayak, canoe and paddleboard at the dock were perfect and we loved exploring the hiking trails. Visiting the ancient forest was well worth the hour drive, thanks for the recommendation Shawn!

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cabin! The place was exactly as described—warm, inviting, and perfect for a peaceful getaway. The surroundings were quiet and serene, making it easy to relax and unwind. It felt like a true escape from the hustle and bustle. Extra points for the additional fire pits and hot tub available for use! Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a tranquil retreat in nature!
