We loved every moment of our stay at Bob and Kath’s beautiful home! It’s a peaceful, quiet retreat with lovely surroundings and scenic trails that lead right down to the backwaters. Bob and Kath are warm, engaging hosts who made us feel truly welcome—wonderful to talk to and always happy to share local tips. Easily the best place to stay near Ludlow if you’re looking for comfort, nature, and genuine hospitality!

We enjoyed our stay on Bainbridge. While the space was small, it was very comfortable (especially the beds), and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook both breakfast and dinner. We'll return next time we visit Bainbridge Island.

We were on the island during hot weather (80's) and the apartment was a relief to come home to. Concrete floors, windows with great airflow and a basement apartment keeps it cool, but it's light and bright with fantastic windows letting in lots of light. Little cafe table outside. Beautiful gardens in the neighborhood if you go out for a walk. Truly a 5 minute drive to town. Easy walk as well. Fun little local trail with signs that runs through the neighborhood.

This home is an absolute gem, do not pass up the opportunity to book here. Tranquility abounds in this neighborhood, and you can see the sparkle on the water and water fowl from your bed, or watch from the hot tub! My partner and I loved this place, not only for the natural beauty surrounding, but found the amenities and the home to be super clean, thoughtful and welcoming. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud, super comfortable pillows and linens. To preface - we both have slightly different sleep - preferences and found we both had incredible sleep here. The hosts were so kind to text us when a pod of orca whales were out front - what a dream! Their recommendations were excellent and I highly suggest checking out Via Rosa 11 if you can, and walking Grand Forest ( on their list ).

This is an idyllic location. Beautiful sunsets on the sound every night. I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay, thank you so much!

We had a wonderful three week stay in this very comfortable apartment. Communication with the host could not have been better. Apartment was very well-equipped, bedroom large and bed extremely comfortable, living room/dining area spacious. Rooms were decorated very tastefully, and not a sign of IKEA anywhere! Neighborhood allows for long walks with little or no traffic. Be sure to try Casa Mexico, the closest restaurant, where the food and service were very good.

This was a beautiful space. Very tidy! + Great options for viewing. It was close to downtown Bainbridge + easy check in and check out.

Terry was a great host who made us feel very welcome . My wife and I loved this place which instantly felt like our own private little home in the woods. It was very comfortable , we slept great, and it offered everything we needed . We would definitely look forward to returning in the future .

We loved our stay. It was easy to get to Poulsbo and other places. There were two things that could have easily made the stay better. One: it’s not hard to have little bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash, especially at the price we were paying to stay here. They did have shampoo but nothing else and I felt it was a poor choice on their part. The second thing was communication about parking. They did not tell us someone would be staying in the bottom portion of the rental so we had parked in the driveway only to come out to someone parked behind us the next morning and had to find them to get our cars out. Communication about parking would have solved this. Beautiful view though and nice accommodations!

Loved Brian’s place! The view is absolutely unbeatable. He was extremely friendly and accommodating, which is super appreciated when you’re traveling with a one year old 😅 Would 100% recommend to a friend!

The Dragonfly Suite is located in a quiet, peaceful, and beautiful location. The Suite is within walking distance of the ferry and downtown Winslow. Lots of nice amenities throughout the Suite. Sue was a friendly and responsive host. Would highly recommend the Suite to anyone visiting Bainbridge Island.

Seriously the best place to stay! Ashleigh’s home is so welcoming and comfortable my only regret is that we didn’t stay there longer. The property is great to explore and shows a side of Brinnon not everyone may get to see. The dog on the property is sweet and listens very well and was always around to greet my friend and I every time we came back from one of our adventures. Being so far away from home it was nice to have a place that felt comfortable and safe. If you’re thinking about this listing I can’t recommend it enough! Thank you Ashleigh for such a great stay

I had a wonderful stay and the location was very peaceful and private. If you like nature and getting away from the hustle and bustle, this place is perfect for you. Everything was exactly as described in the promo and the hosts gave us the privacy we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend this location to friends and family.

I loved staying at Kristen’s guest nest in Manette! It was so clean and cozy, and she thought of every detail. The place was stocked with clean towels, coffee creamer, extra blankets, etc. I did not have a car during my stay, and found the neighborhood very walkable, and a good workout because of the hill! The bakery and coffee shop, both near the yoga studio Thrive, were some of my favorite morning stops, as well as the downtown area just across the bridge near the ferry. The neighborhood felt very safe and quiet as well. I would definitely stay again!

Overall a good location central to all my needs and easy to come and go from. The host and his wife were both helpful and friendly with a few items that came up early on. Ultimately all was addressed and I was satisfied with the outcome. Comfortable place suited my needs nicely. Located away from the hosts home so ultimately you feel like you are here alone at times. Quiet area with little going on in the near vicinity. Easy to come and go as is right near a on and off ramp for the main highway. Within about 10 minutes to all my local needs and easy to get around from the location. I would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

stayed for a week very clean and had a homely vibe to it was very comfortable there forgot I was actually in a Airbnb would definitely recommend.

Jessica and Chris are wonderful hosts! The home is cozy and the space really couldn't be more perfect. We were lucky to be visited each morning by beautiful deer. Parking is a breeze and the house had everything we needed! This will always be our first choice when visiting Vashon.

This was the perfect spot for my family to have a getaway to the PNW. Great location and beautiful beachfront view of the mountains. Every detail is well thought out and once I read through the welcome notes, we had a group text which made it easy to communicate questions. I was extremely comfortable and felt safe at all times. I will definitely be making this stay again.

It’s a fine place but the pipes are very noisy and there is no water pressure in the kitchen sink. Also there is no cover for the front door window. Heat did not work.
