House vacation rentals in Kitsap County

The home is gorgeous. So tranquil and peaceful -- my family took a week-long vacation on Vashon and Brita's was the perfect jumping-off point. The location is super private, the home architecture is extraordinary, and the backyard garden is expansive. If you're looking for a great place to rest and recharge, this is it. There is a lot of great dishware, artistic elements in the home, and incredible views throughout the home, especially in the kitchen and upstairs bedroom.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, and it all started with the incredible hosts, Debi and Russell. From the moment we arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and truly made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and were always quick to respond to any questions. The home itself exceeded all expectations. The amenities were far beyond what we anticipated. The views—both day and night—were stunning, and the local wildlife was a delightful surprise. We even saw several bald eagles, which was a first for us! The house is incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi were a huge bonus and the perfect way to unwind after exploring Washington. The modern upgrades and appliances made our stay even more comfortable. There were also plenty of games and toys for kids—though our daughter spent most of her time enjoying the pool. You truly won’t be disappointed.

The Gamble house was one of the most beautiful and peaceful settings we’ve stayed at in our 25years of annual girl’s trip. The views were incredible, the location was perfect for a scenic drive to Poulsbo or Olympic National Park. The home’s layout was perfect for families or in our case, a girls trip. The heated pool was a big bonus we didn’t expect for the Pacific Northwest but we enjoyed it in the late afternoon after sightseeing. The host Allison was communicative and had great details for a smooth check-in and was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would highly recommend. We would definitely put this listing on our return list!

The house was wonderful! The open kitchen/living space and giant island were the absolute perfect place for communal gathering (cooking big meals/games and puzzles). The 6 burner stove and BBQ made cooking a breeze! We loved the wraparound deck with plenty of seating and afternoon sunshine. The fenced backyard was great for dog/child exploration. The house was fully stocked with all necessary items. Rachael was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. Free access to the community pool was a lovely bonus! The neighborhood is overall very peaceful and in close proximity to beautiful beaches and wooded walking paths. Highly recommend!

Tomisha's place was a great place for our family to stay while we visited relatives. The house was well equipped with what we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. There was also plenty of great books for both adults and kids to read. The neighbourhood was very quiet. Although in the morning, being a light sleeper, I could hear the traffic on the SR 3. Luckily the noise was easily resolved with a good pair of earplugs. Everyone loved the game room. Check-out was the easiest one we've had, which is great when trying rush out the door for a flight. We also appreciated Tomisha's quick responsiveness when we had a question. We would definitely come back again.

I am hesitant to rave about this suite because I am really hopeful it’s available when I come back next year. It’s beautifully decorated . Very comfortable and peaceful. While there is no oven she does have a toaster oven, a pair of burners and microwave. Lovely dishes. She provided coffee. Plenty of supplies unlike other Airbnb. Loved it. Hope to get it next year when I come back to the area.

Michelle's place is one of the best we've ever stayed in. It's very quiet, private, clean, and comfortable. The house has lots of natural light, especially in the living room. The air quality in the house is probably the best we've encountered in any AirBnB, and that's something extremely important to us. Michelle is responsive and friendly. I wish we could have stayed longer.

2nd visit to this wonderful house. Great for families with teens or young adults - between the pool table, the kayaks and the space itself. We'll be back!

The house was everything we wanted and more for our family reunion. Beautiful house in an equally beautiful location on the Puget Sound. My grandchildren were able to see seals playing in the water in front of the house, had a great view of a bald eagle perched in a nearby tree, and watched crabs skittering along during low tide. The beds were very comfortable with good linens. We all slept well. We had a blast on the pickleball court. The amenities were numerous and impressive , and my family and I were very impressed with the well stocked kitchen. There was even a cabinet full of supplies like toothbrushes and the like in case we forgot ours. The host was very responsive throughout the process, and that was important when the fire alarm went off one morning at 2:30. We all got back to sleep and I contacted the host, who came in the afternoon to remedy the situation. Immediate response! We truly enjoyed this experience and have talked about this location for next year’s reunion.

We loved our stay! The hosts are proactive and respond quickly. The house is perfect for a family visiting in the area. The cabinets are labeled. There are several bedrooms and living areas, and the kids room has lots of toys and books. My daughter loved it. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful stay! Our family of five, including three children. very much enjoyed our stay. Being able to walk down to the beach created wonderful memories for us. The house was clean and well taken care of. It was also very nice to be able to drive into nearby Poulsbo.

The house is beautifully appointed and is in a great location. 10/10 and one of the best Airbnbs that we’ve ever stayed in!

Great place to stay, with a nice view of the Sound, huge deck with chairs and umbrellas to sit outside and enjoy the view. Indoors is very comfortable and the kitchen is supplied with enough pots, pans dishes and utensils to cook your own meals. We thoroughly enjoyed the home because of the peace and quiet and the fact that it is slightly out of the way. Definitely will look for Don’s listing in the future.

First off, I made a snafu on check out and George fixed it in minutes. Thank you for your kindness. The house was way comfortable and private. Clean and easy to manage. My eight year old twin grandsons had a ball exploring the creek... especially when provided with flashlights.

Place was exactly like described. Very clean, quiet, and Deborah was super proactive about making sure we knew how to check in. The amenities, including toiletries, and the memory foam beds, were top notch! The driveway can be kind of tough to back out of if you have a larger vehicle, but everything else was A+ Will definitely stay again on my next trip to the Peninsula!

The house was perfect! Felt like I was at home. Plenty of games, and amenities for my family. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The views on the balcony were lovely. We loved visiting Washington and will stay again when we come back.

wonderful home for our daughter and her bridesmaids to stay in prior to getting married at Kitsap Memorial Park, only 7 mins away. loved the fully stocked kitchen - lots of spices, 2 giant cookie sheets, foil and wraps and even zip locks. after the rehearsal we all came back to the rental and bbqd chicken and set up badminton in backyard, played giant Jenga and hung out. the piano key board was great to have too. overall it was perfect for out needs and we highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our pups as we were visiting family in the area over the holidays. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and very private. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings, and were very comfortable. Angela added very thoughtful touches throughout the house, for us and for the pups. This is a great place to stay!

This was one of the nicest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed in! Beautiful views, beautiful accommodations. The host went above and beyond to make it very comfortable! Don’t think twice and book this spot!

Wish I could post pics cause words don’t describe the views. I almost don’t want to post this part because I don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up for this pretty rare case but we actually had a lone Orca come and pass us on Dye’s Inlet. It is a rare thing, but on man, it was the icing on the cake for our stay! But even if we hadn’t seen the Orca, the daily visits of Bald Eagles, Seals, Deer, and other creatures, was just wonderfully relaxing. Great place to unwind and enjoy family and or friends. The views of Rainier are AMAZING! Morning when it is clear, all day, and then in the evening it glows with the setting sun reflecting on it! Was a great stay and highly recommend this property.
