Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Kita City

Nous sommes touchés par l’accueil de l’hôtesse Ran.Elle est venue nous chercher à la gare Oji parce qu’il pleuvait lors de notre arrivée. L’emplacement est dans un lotissement résidentiel calme. Ran nous a accueilli comme des amis de longues dates, en nous apportant du thé, du riz, des bonbons, etc. Le jour de notre départ, Ran nous avisé que nous pouvons partir plus tard que l’heure prévue. En se renseignant sur un petit café au alentours pour du café, Ran nous a invité chez elle et elle nous a cuisiné un repas typique avec une grande variété de nourriture (poisson, toast, soupe miso, fruits, œufs, beurre de cacahuètes, beurre, légume, tomates , prune (typiquement japonais), sans oublier le café. J’ai certainement oublié certains aliments et je m’en excuse auprès de Ran. Ce n’est pas seulement l’abondance de nourriture, mais aussi l’hospitalité et l’affabilité de Ran qui nous ont profondément touché. Mille mercis encore pour l’accueil.

This three-bedroom home (plus roll-away) in Kita was modern, clean, well equipped, and extremely convenient. It is a short, covered walk to the Kami-Nakazato station on the popular Keihin Tohoku line. There was a Seven-Eleven convenience store next door. The kitchen had a refrigerator, hot pot, 500-watt microwave, and stovetop with grill. The TV received the local Japanese channels. The WiFi router broke and was promptly replaced. The washing machine was used for small loads along with the drying rack. A laundromat with large washers and dryers was close on the same street. There was one tub/shower, typical for Japanese homes, and two toilets. An infant bed was available. We rented baby gates, a playpen, and a tub baby seat. Communication was quick, friendly, and accommodating. The beds were soft, and the area was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again. We highly recommend the home and note that it is certainly suitable for families and groups.

Kanekos listing was wonderful. Very close to the station. Only a few stops into central Tokyo. It was nice to be away from all the crowds at the end of busy days. worked well for our family. I would definitely recommend this place.

大変お世話になりました。とても貴重な体験をさせていただきました。本や雑誌で見ていたとはいえ、やはり実際に体感してみて納得の連続でした。東京なのに穏やかで、とても暮らしやすいと感じました。スミレアオイハウスはありきたりな言葉ですが、とても居心地が良く、手触りが良く、程よい空間で25年前に本を読んで感動した時の感覚がリアルに蘇り、さらに肌感覚で素晴らしさを体感できました。本当にゲストハウスにされたことを心から感謝します。体験させていただき本当にありがとうございました。

The place is located at a walkable distance from the train station. There are supermarkets and convenience stores nearby too. The host has been very kind, proactive and responsive in assuring a comfortable stay for us. Thank you!

Beautiful home! Easily accommodated 9 people. Location was great. Close to shops, restaurants, and only a few minutes away from the train station. Definitely would recommend staying here again! Thank you

It was great place for to stay, with just a short walk to JA Train Station at Jujo. An adjective should be added to press the keypad “firmly” to activate. Everything else went all as advertised. We bought a Bullet Train ticket as we left, and if I’m correct it included a local area 8 day pass as non-optional add on. That would have saved a lot had we known, if I’m correct in the item purchased. Travelers should be educated on the train and Metro options (i.e. per ride, per day, per week, etc.)

Nous sommes restées presque deux semaines chez Hiroko et le logement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes ! Il était un peu petit mais convient parfaitement pour deux personnes ! C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lavabo de salle de bain mais notre hôte propose l’équipement nécessaire pour pallier à ça ! Je recommande ce logement, en particulier pour sa correspondance aux descriptions et son quartier remplit de restaurants tous plus alléchants les uns que le autres !! Ce logement est lumineux, très propre et agréable à vivre. La rue est calme, ambiance village, et pourtant le quartier de la gare d Akabane est très vivant avec toutes les commodités. fumiko a été toujours tres réactive, efficace, et nous a même aidé pour une question de logistique de bagages. Logement parfait. rien a redire. Seul petit bémol, mais ça ne gêne pas trop les touristes que nous sommes : aux heures de pointes, les trains avec sinjhuku sont saturés.

The place had everything we needed and the host went above and beyond to accommodate our family and children. We loved the park down the street and how quiet the area was. Also, very convenient with a grocery store a 2 minute walk away and a 711 around the corner.

Très bon logement dans un quartier résidentiel. Tout le nécessaire à Proximité dont un grand supermarché et le Métro à 10 min à pieds. L'hôte a été très réactif et nous avons bien échangé avant et pendant le séjour.

It was a great stay! The communication was incredible and the instructions were very clear. Just know you will have to be incredibly quiet while here, so if that is not for you then this is not the stay for you. It’s in a residential area so it’s important to respect the neighbors and the area.

Has everything you could wish for, you do not have to bring your own office equipment since there is big variety of equipment already provided. Would come again :)

Kenta’s place was clean and convenient for our 4 day visit to Tokyo! Walk to subway was about a 7 min walk. 7 eleven, grocery stores, and drugstore was close by. Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well. The AC was nice and cold during summer and unit had everything that we needed, and communication was efficient. Thank you!

If I could give this listing 6 stars, I would! If you like a quieter area surrounded with endless choice of good food and all the famous shopping drugstores/discount stores nearby minus the crowd, this is the place to stay! Location : We were aware Akabane is a bit far from Tokyo central but we wanted to experience our stay as locals would and that was exactly what we got with a major train station and so many shops within a short walk away. The best part was the vast selection of restaurants nearby at much more affordable pricing. Definitely go to Toto-Ya for lunch if you stay here! Host : The hosts were always prompt to respond, responsible and very accommodating. Unit : Although more compact than we had anticipated, the unit itself looked exactly like the pictures and the use of space was very practical and amenities complete.

交通方便，去热门打卡点都比较顺，而且民宿离地铁站很近，步行5分钟左右。自助入住，时间比较自由。房间很整洁，当天会调好水温和房间温度等我们入住。最后一天还送了小礼物，很温馨。性价比比较高～

Superbe Airbnb près des transports (ce qui a été un réel plus !) L'hôte a été très gentil et attentionné durant notre séjour. Rien à redire, tout était parfait, nous sommes très satisfaits :)

Enjoyed our stay here! It’s about 15 mins walk from ikebukuro station, slightly away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbourhood also felt safe for girls. There are also family mart and lawson nearby. Overall really convenient and space was really big for Tokyo standards

I stayed for one night and everything was great. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth . I’d definitely stay again if I’m in the area.
