The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

The accommodation is in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac next to a park with a small lake. The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Feel-good idyll by the park

On the first floor of the modernized duplex apartment is the daylight bathroom (including WaMa) as well as a spacious hallway. On the upper floor, the fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, induction) as well as the bedroom with flat-screen TV and workstation. The rooms on the first floor as well as the bedroom on the second floor can be darkened via electric roller shutters. Wi-Fi is available. Pets are possible by arrangement.

Between the orchards

Welcome to Altes Land, Germany's largest fruit growing area with its numerous orchards. Here you can relax wonderfully, especially cycling through apple orchards or to the nearby Elbe. For shopping, we recommend the Hanseatic city of Hamburg (about 45 minutes by car) or the cozy cities of Stade (20 minutes) and Buxtehude (12 minutes). Our 1-room apartment is fully equipped and really very nice. We look forward to seeing you soon...

In our bright and cozy apartment in an old red brick building overlooking the countryside, you immediately feel at home. Whether vacation (35 minutes to the Baltic Sea) or city/business trip (25 minutes by bus and train to HH main station), both can be done from Rahlstedt. The apartment is equipped for everyday needs; whether supermarket, bookstore, pizzeria or weekly market, etc., everything is within walking distance.

Welcome to my studio with a separate entrance. A well-equipped kitchenette with a dining area for 2 people awaits you. From the box-spring bed you have a view into the garden. The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner. Welcome to our listing. On our former dairy farm between Hamburg and Lübeck, we offer this independent 2-room apartment as a starting point for your adventures in Northern Germany. The former "old milk chamber" was part of the agriculture and livestock farming that has been operated here on our farm for many generations. Now converted into a vacation home, it is experiencing a second spring.
