Matt is a great host and very helpful. Lovely peaceful place, comfortable beds and very clean. The kitchen is very well equipped, has everything you could want for a great stay, we felt right at home! Nice large bathroom with a good shower. Cosy lounge, not that we stayed in much. Convenient for the coast, the broads and Norwich.

Gill's place has a very homely feel. It was very easy to find, really comfortable and lovely and clean. Just what we needed for a bank holiday weekend. Gill provided a lovely stock of groceries including fruit, bread, butter, milk and marmalade. she was very friendly and helpful in her messages as well.

A beautifully presented English cottage in gorgeous countryside, impeccably decorated and furnished. We were working nights locally, I don’t think we’ve ever stayed anywhere as peaceful. Lovely back garden to soak up the Sun and enjoy breakfast (at mid day).

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

My mum had a great stay at Erna’s accommodation. It was a home from home! It was spotless, cosy and comfortable. Check in and check out was smooth. Erna was very responsive with communicating, both the instructions for check in and providing photos. She left a beautiful breakfast ready for the morning. Thank you!

What a wonderful place to stay! The accommodation, location, and everything in-between. The B&B had everything you might need from full meals, snacks and drinks, to toiletries, ponchos and things you wouldn't even expect to need... but realise you do! We went on lovely walks (undefeated by the weather), pondered through all the charity shops and independent stores, enjoyed a drink on the beach front and it was all made so much more relaxing by having a home away from home in the form of The Garden Room... A stones throw from the high street and run by two lovely hosts. Hope to be back soon... Think we'll turn into regulars :))

Christine and pete are lovely people and they were so friendly that we felt so comfortable and they have thought of everything's for their guesst i mean everything from A to Z everything from cooking to cleaning you wouldnt need anything at all they have thought of everything's and cottage we stayed in was so clean and so tidy and comfortable its so worth of every penny that i have paid and the hut tub was so clean they even thought about hot tub towels bathrooms towels and the lighting around the hot tub was so cute and the set up of the cottage was amazing and i cannot wait to go back soon as possible i would definitely recommend to everyone and plese don't forgot take some dog treats for fredy please he is a lovely dog as i made frindship with him

Lovely annex, comfy beds, very clean house and great shower. This was actually our 2nd stay. Hosts great to communicate with. Would definitely recommend.

What a lovely place to stay. Although attached to the main house you had your own entrance and private garden. When we opened the door there was music playing and a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us - as well as lots of little special touches including a wonderful welcome box with breakfast items. Thank you Kevin and Lisa for making our stay special. Already looking at when we can stay again

We loved our stay at the Pavilion and enjoyed our morning walks around the lakes. Mike & Emily were super friendly and easy to approach and we felt right at home. We much appreciated the personal touches and everything was well presented, thoughtful, and squeaky clean. Thank you Mike & Emily, we hope to come back one day.

Amazing studio so clean and beautifully presented, ideally situated very close to the Harbour, paddle boarding and coastal path with two pubs within walking distance. A perfect base for exploring that part of Norfolk. Diana couldn’t have been more accommodating with some lovely treats waiting for us on arrival and she gave us fresh towels mid stay which we have not experienced elsewhere. Lots of recommendations on local eateries and walks. Would definitely recommend and I’m sure we will return in years to come.

Lovely property on two levels. Very well presented with some nice features. Good facilities and a nice selection of fresh fruit, snacks and drinks on arrival. Excellent access to Norwich and ideally situated for our weekend at the races at Snetterton. Would be happy to visit again.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb as guests to a wedding near by. The house was very comfortable and roomy enough for 6 adults. We loved the space

this was our second stay there, we have family in the village and friends nearby so a perfect location. Everything was clean and tidy and much nicer than staying in a hotel room, the little touches like milk in the fridge and tea coffee and even butter for the bread make it so nice.

Enjoyed an overnight stay. Very comfortable and quiet. Great host.

What wonderful accommodation and great hosts! Miriam and Chris were extremely warm, friendly and helpful and the room was lovely, quiet and clean. A comfortable bed, nice hot shower and cereal, fruit and tea provided for breakfast. They told us we didn't have to rush off in the morning as they didn't have any other guests that day and said we could leave our car at the property until we were ready to go home. Situated in the perfect location, only a couple of mins walk to the shops, restaurants and bars. We had a lovely walk around the grounds of Burghley House. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and Stamford itself! We've had a thoroughly enjoyable weekend to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Thanks Miriam and Chris.
